FORTEM Ratchet Tie-Down Straps 4-Pack — 1" x 15' Straps, 1650 lb Break Strength, Coated S-Hooks & Rubber Grips

FORTEM Ratchet Straps 4-Pack is a complete tie-down kit with four 1" x 15' straps, metal ratchets, S-hooks and soft loop anchors rated 550 lb WLL / 1650 lb break strength for secure transport.

When you need an all-in-one solution for hauling gear, this FORTEM set combines ratchet buckles with rubberized grips, coated S-hooks, and soft loop straps so you can anchor loads on cars, trailers, trucks, and roof racks. The components pack into a compact carrying pouch, making the kit easy to store in a garage or trunk and quick to deploy when loading bikes, kayaks, ATVs, coolers, and boxes.

How do these straps keep a load secure during transport?

The ratchet mechanism lets you tighten webbing incrementally to remove slack and maintain tension throughout a trip. Rubberized handles improve grip while the coated S-hooks resist corrosion at anchor points, and soft loops create safer attachment points that protect finishes.

• Ratchet buckles with rubber grips for controlled tightening and release.
• Coated S-hooks reduce wear and weathering at attachment points.
• Soft loop straps allow secure, paint-friendly anchors on frames and bars.
• Black polyester webbing balances abrasion resistance and flexibility.

What size and strength ratings should I expect from this FORTEM kit?

Each strap measures 1 inch wide and 15 feet long, sized to reach common anchor points on trailers and vehicles while remaining manageable to stow. The set is tested to a 550 lb working load limit per strap and a 1650 lb break strength, giving a practical margin for everyday cargo tasks.

• Strap dimensions: 1" width x 15' length — flexible for many anchor layouts.
• Working load limit: 550 lb per strap — for routine gear and small vehicles.
• Break strength: 1650 lb — provides safety margin under heavy tension.
• Durable polyester webbing minimizes stretching under load.

Which kinds of cargo work best with this ratchet strap set?

This kit is designed for a wide range of non-industrial hauling needs: motorcycles, bicycles, kayaks, UTVs, ATVs, coolers, and boxed goods on trailers or roof racks. Soft loops and S-hooks let you adapt to different anchor types without damaging finishes.

• Secure motorcycles, bikes, and small ATVs to trailers or truck beds.
• Fasten kayaks and watersports gear to roof racks and carriers.
• Keep coolers, furniture, and moving boxes stable during transit.
• Useful for weekend projects, moving, and recreation transport tasks.

How easy is the kit to store, use, and maintain?

The complete set fits into a compact carrying pouch so straps and buckles stay organized and ready. Coated hardware and rubber grips reduce surface corrosion and handling fatigue, and routine rinsing plus dry storage keeps the webbing and metal parts in good condition.

• Includes a zippered pouch to store all four straps and accessories neatly.
• Rubber-coated handles for comfortable ratcheting, even when wet.
• Coated S-hooks and stainless-steel components for extended outdoor use.
• Easy cleaning: rinse with fresh water and air dry before storage.

Who is this for? The FORTEM Ratchet Straps 4-Pack is aimed at weekend warriors, outdoor enthusiasts, small vehicle owners, and anyone who regularly hauls gear and needs dependable, easy-to-use tie-downs. If you value a compact kit that balances strength, corrosion resistance, and practical features like soft loops and a storage pouch, this set is built to simplify loading and secure transport without bulky industrial hardware.
