FORTIVO Polyurethane Windshield Adhesive 2-Pack 310ml — Fast-Curing, Non-Sagging Sealant

FORTIVO's 2-pack polyurethane windshield adhesive is a fast-curing, non-sagging auto glass sealant formulated for vertical and overhead windshield installations and repairs.

Designed for professional technicians and DIY enthusiasts, this kit contains two 310ml cartridges of polyurethane adhesive engineered to form a strong, flexible bond between glass and vehicle frames. The formula resists weather, vibration, and temperature swings while curing quickly to reduce vehicle downtime. Each kit also includes an applicator tip and protective gloves for safer, cleaner handling with standard caulking guns.

How quickly does this adhesive set and when can the vehicle be driven?

The polyurethane blend is formulated for fast curing compared with many traditional mastics, allowing faster handling and shorter wait times before reassembly. Actual cure time varies with temperature and humidity; warmer, drier conditions accelerate set time while cold or wet environments slow it.

• Two 310ml cartridges per pack for multiple jobs or replacements.
• Fast skin-over and manageable cure time under normal workshop conditions.
• Weather-sensitive curing: warmer speeds up set, colder slows it down.

Will this product stay in place for vertical or overhead windshield work?

Yes — the non-sagging polyurethane compound is engineered to remain where applied, making it suitable for vertical seams and overhead glass without dripping or running. That stability helps technicians maintain clean beads and consistent adhesive coverage during installation.

• Non-drip consistency prevents runs on vertical and inverted surfaces.
• Maintains bead shape for reliable sealing and appearance.
• Compatible with standard caulking guns for controlled application.

Is primer required and what accessories come in the kit?

No primer is necessary for most bonded windshield applications when using this polyurethane adhesive; that simplifies prep and saves time. The kit ships ready to use with applicator tips and disposable gloves so you can start work immediately.

• Ready-to-use 310ml cartridge fits most manual and pneumatic caulking guns.
• Included applicator tip for precise bead control and reduced waste.
• Disposable gloves to protect hands and reduce cleanup time.

How resistant is the seal to weather, vibration, and leaks?

The adhesive cures to a durable, flexible joint that absorbs shocks and vibration while keeping out water and road elements. Its formulation preserves a watertight bond through hot summers, freezing winters, and everyday driving stresses without becoming brittle.

• Durable, elastic bond accommodates thermal expansion and vibration.
• Designed to maintain a watertight seal across temperature extremes.
• Suitable for glass edges, backlights, sidelights, and other automotive seams.
