GCKAE 12V Washdown Pump Kit — 7.5 GPM 80 PSI, 5-Chamber Self-Priming Diaphragm, 25 ft Hose & Multi-Pattern Nozzles

This GCKAE 12V washdown pump kit is a complete, high-pressure diaphragm system that delivers up to 7.5 GPM and 80 PSI for reliable onboard cleaning and fresh-water tasks.

Built for marine and mobile use, the kit combines a five-chamber self-priming diaphragm pump with corrosion-resistant components, a 25 ft UV-resistant hose, multi-pattern spray nozzles, and all the fittings needed for fast installation. The assembly is designed to be quiet, thermally protected, and IP68-rated for use around water—making it suitable for boats, RVs, campers, travel trailers, and outdoor wash stations.

How much water pressure and flow can I expect from this pump?

The GCKAE pump delivers a maximum of 80 PSI and up to 7.5 gallons per minute at optimal voltage and installation. Its five-chamber diaphragm layout improves steady flow and reduces pulsing, so pressure stays consistent during typical washdown jobs.

• Max flow: 7.5 GPM (approx.)
• Max pressure: 80 PSI
• Self-priming five-chamber diaphragm for steadier discharge
• Noise under 45 dB with NSK dual ball bearings

Will this kit hold up in marine or outdoor conditions?

Yes—components are chosen for corrosion resistance and outdoor durability. The pump housing uses ABS engineering plastic, stainless steel fittings, and thicker copper motor windings for improved heat dissipation and longer life in humid or salty environments.

• IP68-rated protection for wet environments
• ABS housing and stainless steel hardware resist corrosion
• Copper motor windings 35% thicker than standard for better heat handling
• Thermal overload protection prevents overheating

What comes in the complete washdown pump kit and how easy is installation?

The kit includes the 12V pump, a 25 ft UV-resistant coiled hose, quick-connect fittings, multi-pattern spray nozzles, a 50-mesh strainer, PTFE tape, brass hose barbs, stainless clamps, and a quick start guide. Most installations are straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic 12V wiring and hose fittings; follow the included manual for recommended fuse size and wiring.

• Included: pump, hose, 2 spray nozzles, fittings, clamps, strainer, PTFE tape
• Recommended 12V wiring with 40A fuse (see manual)
• Quick-connects speed hose attachment and nozzle swaps
• Built-in filter protects pump from debris

How quiet and energy-efficient is the pump in daily use?

The motor uses NSK dual ball bearings and noise-reduction features to keep operation below 45 dB, making it noticeably quieter than many washdown pumps. Energy efficiency is improved by the thicker copper windings and a motor enclosure that stabilizes thermal performance during extended runs.

• Operational noise: typically under 45 dB
• NSK bearings reduce friction and wear
• Designed for stable operation between 5–60°C working temperatures
• Adjustable pressure switch for efficient cycling

Who is this for? The GCKAE 12V 7.5 GPM washdown pump kit is aimed at boat owners, RV and camper enthusiasts, mobile detailers, and anyone needing a compact, powerful washdown solution for outdoor or onboard cleaning. It suits users who want a fully packaged system with corrosion-resistant parts, quiet operation, and straightforward installation guidance; suitable for both occasional rinsing and frequent washdown tasks.
