Haturmyko 1.25 inch 90° Silicone Elbow Coupler, 7" Leg Length — 4‑Layer High‑Temp Reinforced Hose

Haturmyko’s 1.25 inch 90° silicone elbow coupler is a reinforced, high-temperature, high-pressure silicone hose with 7-inch leg lengths designed for intercooler, intake, radiator and turbo connections.

This 1.25" (32mm) 90-degree silicone elbow from Haturmyko combines flexible routing with a sturdy four-layer construction so you can redirect airflow or coolant lines where rigid piping won’t fit. With a 7" (178mm) leg length and 0.2" (5mm) wall thickness, the coupling balances compact fitment and durability for under-hood environments that see wide temperature swings and pressure spikes. It ships as a single 90-degree hose ready for clamps and quick installation.

How does this elbow handle heat and pressure under the hood?

The Haturmyko elbow uses pure silicone with a reinforced multi-layer build to withstand harsh engine bay conditions. It tolerates extreme temperatures and is rated for strong burst resistance, making it suitable for many performance and replacement scenarios.

• Working temperature range: -60°C to 300°C.
• Low temperature performance: -40°C to 60°C for flexibility in cold starts.
• Burst pressure threshold: ≥ 6KV (high resistance to pressure spikes).
• Four-layer reinforcement for longevity and kink resistance.

Will this 1.25" elbow fit my intercooler, turbo or radiator setup?

The inner diameter is 1.25 inches (32mm), a common size for compact intake and intercooler plumbing or small turbo lines. The 90-degree angle and 7" legs give you enough reach to bridge tight corners without extra joints, but verify hose ID and available clearance before buying.

• Inner diameter: 1.25" (32mm) for compatible plumbing.
• Leg lengths: 7" (178mm) on each side to span bends cleanly.
• Wall thickness: 0.2" (5mm) for strength and heat buffering.
• Recommended uses: intercooler/intake, turbo inlet/outlet, radiator hose extensions.

How durable and flexible is the silicone elbow in real use?

Thanks to its four-layer construction, the elbow resists abrasion, collapsing and rapid wear while maintaining enough flexibility to route around engine components. The silicone material stays pliable across a wide temperature range, reducing stress at clamp points and helping prevent leaks over time.

• Reinforced walls resist deformation and bursting under pressure.
• Flexible silicone allows clean routing without metal brackets.
• Durable against heat, vibration and repeated thermal cycling.
• Single-piece design minimizes joint failures compared to multiple connectors.

What comes in the package and what else do I need to install it?

The product ships as one 90-degree silicone elbow; clamps and installer hardware are not included. It’s ready for standard worm-drive or T-bolt hose clamps and pairs well with other silicone hoses or aluminum pipe adapters of the same ID.

• Package contents: 1 x Haturmyko 90° silicone elbow, 1.25" ID, 7" legs.
• Recommended additional items: stainless hose clamps sized for 1.25" ID.
• Installation tip: ensure mating surfaces are clean and clamps are evenly torqued.

Who is this for? The Haturmyko 1.25" 90° silicone elbow suits DIY mechanics, performance tuners and repair shops that need a compact, heat-resistant coupler for intake, intercooler, turbo or radiator plumbing. It’s ideal if you require a durable single-piece elbow with reinforced walls for moderate boost or coolant applications and prefer silicone flexibility over rigid piping.
