HENG’S INDUSTRIES Rubber Roof Coating for RVs - 1 Gallon EPDM Waterproof, UV-Resistant Flexible Sealant

HENG'S INDUSTRIES Rubber Roof Coating is a one-gallon, EPDM-compatible protective coating formulated to seal, waterproof, and extend the life of RV, motorhome, and camper rubber roofs.

This single-gallon roof coating is engineered for rubber roof systems, offering a flexible, UV-resistant finish that moves with roof materials to reduce leaks and surface damage. It is suitable for patching seams, covering tears, and sealing around vents, air conditioners, and rooftop hardware. Non-polluting and non-toxic in formulation, the coating is designed to resist cracking and withstand impacts that commonly occur on travel vehicles.

How does this coating stop leaks and protect worn EPDM surfaces?

The formula adheres to EPDM and similar rubber roof materials to create a continuous, watertight barrier that bridges seams and minor tears. Its flexibility allows it to expand and contract with temperature and movement, which minimizes new gaps forming at joints.

• Forms a uniform, waterproof membrane over patched areas
• Remains flexible through temperature changes to prevent splitting
• Adheres to common rooftop substrates including rubber and patched seams
• Used around vents, AC units, and roof-mounted accessories for perimeter sealing

Will this coating handle sun exposure and road wear?

The product includes UV-resistant ingredients to slow degradation from sunlight, helping preserve the coating’s integrity and appearance. It is formulated to resist cracking and tolerate everyday impacts and stresses encountered during travel and storage.

• UV-resistant finish reduces sun-related breakdown
• Impact-resistant to tolerate debris and travel vibrations
• Maintains flexibility for long-term surface protection

How do I apply the gallon size for best results?

Application is straightforward: clean and dry the surface, remove loose material, and apply evenly over seams and damage points. Use a brush, roller, or squeegee for controlled coverage and allow recommended drying time between coats for a durable finish.

• Prepare roof by cleaning and removing loose debris
• Apply evenly with brush, roller, or squeegee over seams and tears
• Allow proper cure time and add additional coats if needed

What safety and environmental considerations should I know?

The coating is described as non-polluting and non-toxic, simplifying handling and disposal compared with solvent-heavy alternatives. Follow standard precautions: use in well-ventilated areas, avoid skin contact during application, and store the container sealed when not in use.

• Non-polluting, non-toxic formulation
• Use with ventilation and basic personal protective equipment
• Store tightly closed away from extreme temperatures
