hzhdven RV Macerator Pump 12V Portable 12 GPM — Garden-Hose Discharge & Dual Stainless Blades

This portable macerator is built to clear 3-inch RV waste outlets quickly and reliably. With a 12 GPM (≈45 LPM) flow rate and dual stainless-steel blades, the unit pulverizes solids to small particles and sends them through a hose or dump connection, so you can empty black-water tanks without manual scooping or long waits. The kit includes multiple power leads and safety features designed for mobile use on RVs, boats, and campsites.

How fast will this macerator empty my RV tank?

The pump delivers up to 12 gallons per minute, letting it evacuate a typical 150 L (≈40 gallon) sewage tank in a few minutes under ideal conditions. Actual time varies with lift height, hose length, and tank contents.

• Rated flow: 12 GPM (≈45 LPM)
• Example: ~5 minutes to empty a 150 L tank at ground-level discharge
• Vertical lift capability: up to 10–14 feet depending on setup
• Garden-hose outlet for long-distance disposal

What prevents clogs and how is it cleaned?

Two hardened stainless-steel 4-blade cutters macerate solids into fine particles to reduce blockages. A self-rinse path and a garden-hose rinse connection help flush residue, while an accessible strainer and clearing port make maintenance straightforward.

• Dual-blade design chops solids to ~1/16-inch particles
• 25 mm outlet plus garden-hose rinse port for flushing
• Manual clearing port to remove trapped debris safely
• Easy-access strainer for routine cleaning

Is it safe for regular RV and marine use?

The motor uses an all-copper windings design with sealed bearings for longer life and quieter operation. Built-in thermal overload and dry-run protection stop the pump if it overheats or runs without liquid, restarting automatically when conditions normalize.

• Heavy-duty copper motor with precision bearings
• Thermal overload and automatic shutdown for safety
• Dry-run protection prevents pump damage when empty
• Low-noise performance suited to mobile living

What connections and accessories are included?

The unit arrives ready to power with a 7 ft cigarette-lighter cable and an 11.4-inch alligator-clip lead for direct battery hookup. It fits standard 3-inch RV waste outlets and includes a quick-release coupling and garden-hose-compatible discharge connection for flexible disposal options.

• Works with 3-inch RV wastewater outlets
• 7 ft cigarette lighter and battery alligator cables included
• Quick-release mounting for fast attachment/removal
• Garden-hose discharge port with flow-control switch

Usage tips: Do not run the pump dry, avoid leaving it powered while idle, and never attempt to clear blockages with power connected. After use, drain residual water, protect the pump from freezing in cold weather, and clean the strainer regularly to prolong service life.

Who is this for? This macerator is intended for RV owners, liveaboard boaters, and campsite operators who need a portable, dependable solution for emptying black-water tanks. It's also suited to winterization kits and emergency waste management where a compact, high-flow pump with anti-clog features is required. If you use standard 3-inch RV outlets and want faster, cleaner tank dumping without permanent plumbing installations, this unit offers a practical, transportable option backed by a 3-year warranty and responsive support.
