IMQUALI 16" Rivet Nut Tool Kit – Heavy-Duty Rivnut Setter with 14 Mandrels & 140-Piece Assortment, Long-Handle Leverage

IMQUALI's 16" rivet nut tool kit is a full-size, heavy-duty nutsert setter with 14 interchangeable mandrels and a 140-piece rivet nut assortment for fast, reliable threaded insert installation.

This all-in-one kit pairs a long-handled, carbon-steel rivet nut tool with both metric and SAE mandrels so you can set blind rivet nuts in thin materials without drilling access to the far side. The ergonomic 16-inch handle increases leverage for quick installs while the included blow-molded case keeps components organized on the job or in the garage. It’s designed for professionals and DIYers who need a portable, versatile fastening solution across metal, sheet, and tubular workpieces.

How does the long handle improve installation?

The extended 16" handle provides greater leverage to compress and set rivet nuts with less hand force, which speeds repetitive work and reduces fatigue. Longer leverage also helps get consistent swages in tougher materials where short-handled tools struggle.

• 16-inch carbon-steel handle for higher torque with less effort
• Ergonomic grip reduces hand strain during extended use
• Smoother, more consistent compresses for clean thread engagement

What sizes and thread standards are included?

The kit covers both common metric and SAE sizes so you can tackle a wide range of jobs without swapping tools. Fourteen interchangeable mandrels fit rivet nuts in metric sizes M4–M12 and SAE threads from 8-32 up to 1/2-13, with duplicates for frequently used 1/4-20.

• Metric mandrels: M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12
• SAE mandrels: 8-32, 10-32, 10-24, 1/4-20 (two pieces), 5/16-18, 3/8-16, 1/2-13
• Interchangeable mandrels change quickly without additional tools

Can I use this kit for different materials and industries?

Yes — the tool is suitable for a wide variety of thin-to-medium materials commonly used in industrial and consumer projects. It works on sheet metal, tubing, and fabricated panels in applications ranging from automotive and aviation components to furniture, refrigeration, and general maintenance.

• Works on metal sheets, pipes, and thin structural panels
• Useful in automotive, rail, HVAC, elevator, and instrumentation work
• Fastens removable threaded points without welding or access to the backside

What accessories and storage features are provided?

The rivet nut assortment and molded case keep every part secure and ready for transport to job sites. The 140-piece rivet nut selection includes the most common sizes so you can begin work right away without sourcing inserts separately.

• 140 rivet nut assortment covering the kit’s mandrel sizes
• Sturdy blow-molded case with dedicated slots for tool and mandrels
• Compact, lightweight carry case for jobsite mobility and organized storage
