iRKY 48in Stainless Steel Flexible Radiator Hose Kit — Universal coolant line with chrome caps & 8 clamps

iRKY's 48" stainless steel flexible radiator hose kit is a universal replacement for rubber upper or lower coolant hoses, offering heat-resistant, bendable tubing plus adapters, clamps and chrome end caps for a durable, custom fit.

This iRKY kit replaces brittle rubber hoses with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel flex line that you can shape, trim, and adapt to most radiator neck sizes. Designed as a universal solution, the 48" length gives you enough material to route a custom path in tight engine bays while included rubber reducers and clamps make installation straightforward without specialty tools.

How will this hose improve reliability compared to standard rubber hoses?

The stainless steel construction resists heat, ozone and oil degradation that commonly causes rubber hoses to crack, softens, or rot over time. Because it’s not porous like rubber, it lowers the chance of sudden coolant loss and extends service intervals under demanding conditions.

• High-grade stainless steel resists corrosion and heat better than rubber.
• Non-perishable material reduces swelling, cracking or softening.
• Metal braid helps prevent abrasion from engine vibrations and routing contact points.

Is the kit easy to shape and install in different vehicles?

The flexible hose can be hand-bent to match the contours of most engine bays, eliminating the hunt for the exact pre-formed rubber hose. It can also be cut to length and fitted with the included rubber reducers and sleeve adapters to match 1-1/4", 1-1/2" or 1-5/8" radiator necks.

• 48" continuous length provides ample routing options and trimming room.
• Included rubber reducers fit common radiator neck inner diameters.
• Supplied hose clamps and chrome caps fasten securely for a leak-resistant connection.

What components come in the box and what do they do?

The kit arrives as a complete assembly so you can adapt it to a variety of setups without buying extra parts. Every piece is intended to make the flexible hose compatible with typical radiator necks and to finish the installation with neat, protected ends.

• One 48" stainless steel flexible hose—main coolant carrier to be cut and routed.
• Eight hose clamps—secure adapters and hose to metal radiator fittings.
• Four rubber hose sleeve adapters and a set of rubber reducers for 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 1-5/8" I.D. fittings.
• Four chromed aluminum end cap covers—for a clean, finished appearance.

Will this work for my vehicle’s radiator neck size?

The iRKY kit is designed to be universal for common radiator neck diameters and includes multiple rubber reducers to match those sizes. If your radiator neck matches one of the included inner diameters, you can achieve a tight seal using the rubber adapter plus a clamp.

• Compatible with 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 1-5/8" radiator neck inner diameters.
• Adapters allow use on both upper and lower radiator hose positions.
• Trim-to-fit length accommodates custom routing and clearances.

Who this is for: The iRKY 48" Stainless Steel Flexible Radiator Hose Kit is aimed at DIY mechanics, custom builders and anyone replacing worn rubber coolant hoses who needs a durable, adaptable solution. It suits vehicles where space or odd bends make factory hoses difficult to match, and for owners who want a longer-lasting alternative that also improves engine-bay appearance with chrome caps. This kit is not vehicle-specific—verify your radiator neck inner diameter before installation and follow all coolant safety and installation best practices.
