JANYUN 300-Pack 149µm Paint Filter Strainers with 3 Silicone Funnels — Nylon Cone, Disposable

JANYUN 300-piece paint filter strainers with 149-micron nylon mesh and three collapsible silicone funnel strainers keep paints, resins, and coatings free of debris for smoother spraying and cleaner pours.

Whether you're spraying automotive finishes, pouring epoxy resin, or preparing varnish and stains, clean material is essential to a professional result. This kit bundles 300 disposable 149-micron (100 mesh) nylon cone strainers with three foldable silicone funnel strainers sized to fit standard containers. The fine mesh captures dust, skin, lumps and other solids while the silicone funnels support the cone and make pouring and filtering easier, then fold flat for compact storage.

How does the 149-micron mesh improve spray finish?

The 149-micron (100 mesh) nylon fabric filters out small particles that cause nozzle blockages, fisheyes, or textured finishes. By removing contaminants before they reach a spray gun or mixing cup, the mesh helps maintain an even spray pattern and reduces rework.

• 149 µm (100 mesh) captures dust, dried paint bits and clumps
• Single-use design prevents cross-contamination between colors or batches
• Compatible with airless and HVLP sprayers when used with a supporting funnel
• Helps prevent clogged tips and uneven atomization

Will these strainers work with resins, primers, and clear coats?

Yes — the nylon cones are suitable for a wide range of fluids including epoxy, polyester, primers, sealants and clear coats. The fine mesh allows liquids to pass while trapping solids, making them useful for both spray prep and resin pours.

• Safe for epoxy, polyurethane, acrylics, and solvent-based products
• Useful for filtering pigments, flakes and dried solids from mixes
• Also suitable for hobby crafts, model making and DIY resin projects
• Disposable cones avoid buildup that can alter chemical compatibility

How do the silicone funnel strainers make filtering easier?

The kit includes three foldable silicone funnels designed to support the nylon cones and create a stable pour. Their flexible shape fits many container openings and they clean quickly, so you can reuse the funnels while discarding the nylon cones after each use.

• Collapsible silicone saves space when stored or transported
• Durable silicone resists common paint solvents and cleans with soap
• Wide 6.8-inch top and 3.2-inch height support quick flow without splashing
• Helps maintain steady pour and prevents cone collapse during filtering

How many filters will I need for a typical job and how are they sized?

This set supplies 300 disposable 149-micron cone strainers, enough for many medium and large projects or multiple smaller tasks. Each cone measures roughly 6.8 inches across at the top and stands about 3.2 inches tall, fitting standard bottles, cups and mixing containers.

• 300 nylon cones for repeated single-use filtration
• 3 silicone funnels included to support cones and speed filtering
• Top diameter 6.8 inches, height 3.2 inches for common containers
• Designed for convenience: cone disposable, funnel reusable

Who is this for? Professionals and hobbyists alike who demand cleaner pours and smoother spray results will benefit from this JANYUN filtering set. It's ideal for automotive refinish shops, furniture refinishers, resin artists, model makers and DIYers tackling varnish, primer or epoxy work. If you need a ready supply of fine, single-use strainers plus a few reusable silicone funnels to speed filtering and reduce downtime, this kit is a practical, space-saving solution.
