JOYTUTUS Wrangler rear side window sun shade covers — Black 2 pcs, Oxford outer with zippered insect mesh

JOYTUTUS Rear Wrangler Side Window Sun Shade Rain Cover is a tailored 2-piece exterior sun and rain shield with inner insect mesh and zippered access, designed to fit 2007–2026 Wrangler JK/JL/Gladiator JT 4-door models for privacy, ventilation, and weather protection.

Built specifically for Wrangler JKU, JLU and Gladiator JT models, this pair of side window covers provides a snug, vehicle-specific fit that lets you ventilate, block sun and bugs, and keep rain out while camping or parked. The two-layer approach — a tough Oxford-cloth outer shell and a zippered inner insect mesh — gives flexible control over airflow, shade, and privacy without modifying the vehicle. Retention webbing and an internal zipper let you attach and operate the covers quickly and safely from inside the car.

How does this shade keep rain out while letting air in?

The outer panel is an angled Oxford-cloth rain shelter that extends beyond the glass line so water sheds away from the window opening. An inner zippered mesh allows you to open the outer cover for airflow while keeping insects and splatter out. The design maintains ventilation even during light rain, reducing condensation and improving comfort while parked.

• Angled external rain flap channels water away from the window frame
• Interior zipper lets you open mesh from inside the vehicle
• Mesh prevents insects while permitting airflow
• Retention webbing secures panels without blocking window operation

Will these covers actually fit my 2007–2026 Wrangler or Gladiator?

Yes — the covers are cut and contoured to match the side window shapes and mounting clearances of 4-door Wrangler JK, JL and Gladiator JT models from 2007 through 2026. The product is intended as a precise replacement-style accessory, not a universal strap-on shade. That fit reduces flapping, enhances security, and keeps seals aligned.

• Vehicle-specific patterning for Wrangler JKU, JLU and Gladiator JT
• Secures with supplied retention webbing to maintain correct alignment
• Doesn’t interfere with door opening or glass movement
• Two-piece set covers both rear side windows

How do I switch between sun protection, privacy, and insect control?

The double-layer construction separates functions: the opaque Oxford outer layer blocks sun, heat and sightlines for privacy; the inner mesh keeps insects out while still allowing visibility and air exchange. Use the zipper to close the mesh when you want bug protection, or open it and lower the outer flap to maximize shade or visibility.

• Outer Oxford cloth provides blackout and UV-shade performance
• Inner zippered mesh offers insect screening with ventilation
• Open outer layer for more light; close it for privacy and sun reduction
• Quick-change operation from inside the vehicle for convenience

How easy is installation and regular use?

Installing or removing each shade takes about a minute and requires no permanent hardware. The included webbing and attachment points keep the cover stable while allowing normal door and window operation. This makes the covers practical for weekend camping, overnight parking, or daily use when shade and privacy are needed.

• Tool-free setup and removal in roughly one minute
• Retention webbing keeps covers secure during travel and wind
• Does not obstruct window glass or door function
• Durable materials stand up to outdoor use and frequent handling

Who is this for?
