JQF Gear Full Face Motorcycle Helmet WS-607 DOT Approved - Lightweight ABS, Multi-Density EPS (Sizes S-XXL)

The JQF Gear Full Face Motorcycle Helmet WS-607 is a DOT-approved adult helmet combining a lightweight ABS shell, multi-density EPS impact liner, ventilation channels and removable washable interior for everyday riding safety and comfort.

Designed for street riders who want trusted protection without excess weight, the WS-607 balances safety features, ventilation and practical details like quick-release chin straps and multiple visor options. It meets or surpasses the DOT FMVSS 218 requirement and is offered in five adult sizes so you can match fit and performance for commuting, sport riding or weekend trips.

How does the WS-607 protect me on the road?

The helmet uses an ABS outer shell engineered to resist impact and abrasion, combined with a multi-density EPS liner that disperses crash energy. It is DOT FMVSS 218 certified, which means it has passed government-standard testing for adult motorcycle helmets.

• DOT FMVSS 218 compliant shell construction
• Multi-density EPS liner for staged energy absorption
• Secure quick-release chin strap for reliable retention
• Durable ABS outer layer for impact resistance

Will the helmet stay comfortable on longer rides?

The WS-607 focuses on breathability and fit to reduce rider fatigue. Multiple vents and channels move air through the helmet to dissipate heat, while the interior padding is removable and washable to keep the lining fresh.

• Strategically placed vents for airflow in varied weather
• Removable, washable liner for long-term comfort
• Padded collar and cheek pads for a snug, stable fit
• Available in sizes S–XXL to match head circumference

Which visor options and visibility features are available?

JQF Gear offers two visor configurations: a single clear visor and a dual-set option with both clear and black (tinted) visors. The clear visor is ideal for low-light and night riding, while the black/tinted visor reduces glare in bright daylight.

• Clear visor standard for all basic colorways
• Two-visors option includes clear plus black/tinted shield
• Visor combinations vary by color/style selection
• Quick-change visor compatibility for easy swapping

How do I choose the right size and maintain the helmet?

Measure your head circumference and compare it to the WS-607 size chart to find the best match—available in S, M, L, XL and XXL. Routine cleaning is simple: remove the washable liner, hand-wash it with mild detergent, air-dry completely and inspect the shell and visor for wear.

• Measure around the largest part of the head for sizing
• Use mild soap for the liner; avoid machine drying
• Check fasteners and visor seals regularly for integrity
• Contact JQF Gear customer service for replacement parts

Who is this for? The JQF Gear WS-607 is made for adult riders seeking a reliable, DOT-approved full-face helmet that performs across daily commutes, canyon roads and occasional longer rides. It suits riders who value ventilation, easy maintenance and the option to choose a tinted visor for sunny conditions, plus those who need a variety of sizes to achieve a proper fit.
