JQuad Easy Mount Truck Tool Box Clamps — 4-Pack Aluminum No-Drill Tie-Downs, Zinc Hardware

JQuad Easy Mount clamps are a four-piece aluminum tie-down system that secures truck tool boxes without drilling, using corrosion-resistant materials and zinc-plated hardware.

If you need a fast, strong way to attach a toolbox to your truck bed without cutting or drilling, the JQuad Easy Mount set offers a no-drill alternative made in the USA. Each kit includes four aluminum clamps, zinc-plated bolts and Nyloc nuts engineered to resist rust and vibration, plus a large top washer that spreads load to protect the toolbox finish. These clamps are designed for installers who want durable attachment points and minimal vehicle modification.

How do these clamps attach a toolbox without drilling?

The Easy Mount system grips the toolbox flange and secures to the truck bed using through-bolts and a clamping plate, eliminating the need to pierce the box itself. Tightening the included hardware compresses the assembly for a reliable hold while the large washer distributes pressure to prevent deformation.

• Clamps fit over the toolbox lip and seat against the box edge.
• Zinc-plated bolts pass through clamp and bed flange for secure fastening.
• Nyloc nuts lock under vibration to keep clamps tight.
• Large top washer spreads load to minimize stress on the aluminum box.

Will these clamps resist rust and outdoor exposure?

Yes — the primary clamp components are made from rust- and corrosion-proof aluminum, and the hardware is zinc plated to add an extra protective layer. This combination helps the kit stand up to wet, salty, or humid conditions commonly encountered on trucks.

• Aluminum clamp bodies won’t corrode like raw steel.
• Zinc-plated bolts and washers reduce oxidization of threaded components.
• Nyloc nuts maintain torque even when exposed to road moisture.
• Designed for repeated outdoor use without frequent replacement.

How strong and stable is the hold under driving conditions?

The clamps deliver a secure mechanical hold by compressing the toolbox flange between the clamp and a large top washer, preventing movement and distributing forces. While not a substitute for welded mounts in extreme-duty scenarios, they provide dependable retention for everyday use and moderate loads.

• Compression-style grip reduces lateral and vertical movement.
• Nyloc nuts minimize loosening from vibration and road shock.
• Large washer spreads load to reduce concentrated stress points.
• Four-clamp configuration increases overall stability across the box.

What hardware is included and how easy is the installation?

The kit ships with zinc-plated bolts, Nyloc nuts, and large washers so you have the essential fasteners for a complete installation. No cutting or drilling of the toolbox is required, and a basic set of hand tools — wrench and socket — is all that’s needed to mount the clamps quickly.

• Zinc-plated bolts sized for clamp thickness and truck-bed flange clearance.
• Nyloc nuts to lock the assembly against vibration.
• Large washer included to protect the aluminum tool box finish.
• Simple installation with common hand tools; typical install time under an hour.
