K&N Engine Air Filter KNA-2456 is a long‑life replacement air filter designed to deliver up to 18,000 miles of reliable engine protection and high‑flow performance for compatible Infiniti and Nissan V8 applications.

Built on K&N's decades of filtration experience, the KNA-2456 combines durable construction with a premium synthetic or cellulose‑blend media to extend service intervals versus standard disposable filters. It drops into the factory air box and meets or exceeds OEM fit and filtration expectations while maintaining airflow for everyday driving and spirited use.

How does this filter balance airflow and engine protection?

The KNA-2456 uses specially selected filter media to allow strong air throughput while trapping particulates that could harm the engine. Its design preserves engine breathing characteristics without sacrificing filtration efficiency.

• Premium synthetic or cellulose‑blend media tailored to the application
• Engine protection rated up to 99% filtration efficiency
• Construction engineered to maintain airflow similar to OEM filters

Will installation require special tools or modifications?

Installation is straightforward: the K&N filter is made to fit the factory air box dimensions and commonly installs in minutes with no special tools. That makes it an easy replacement during routine maintenance intervals.

• Direct drop-in design for compatible models
• Typically no tools required for removal and replacement
• Meets or exceeds OEM fitment tolerances

How long does the KNA-2456 last compared to standard filters?

This K&N long‑life filter is rated for up to 18,000 miles under normal highway driving, which is roughly 50% longer than many 12,000‑mile disposable filters. Replace intervals depend on driving conditions and environment.

• Rated for up to 18,000 miles of service under typical highway use
• Approximate replacement cadence: 1.5 years at average annual mileage
• Heavier dust or off‑road use may require earlier replacement

If you routinely drive in extremely dusty or off‑road conditions, check service intervals more often or consider a different media tailored to heavy contamination.
