KarSpareHub replacement headlights are a direct-fit OEM-quality halogen driver and passenger pair designed to restore factory lighting performance on select 2009–2018 Dodge Ram models.

If your Ram’s quad-style halogen headlights are foggy, cracked, or simply dimmer than they used to be, this pair from KarSpareHub offers a like-for-like replacement engineered to match the original fit and function. Each housing carries OEM references (68001484AE, 68001484AG) and is built to meet the fitment and durability expectations of factory parts while delivering reliable road illumination.

Will these headlights fit my Dodge Ram?

These assemblies are precisely modeled for the factory quad halogen configuration. They fit 2009–2018 Dodge Ram 1500, 2010–2018 Ram 2500 and 3500, and 2019–2022 Ram 1500 Classic — but only the versions equipped from the factory with quad halogen lamps, not projector LED-style units.

• Compatible models: 2009–2018 Ram 1500 (quad halogen only).
• Also fits: 2010–2018 Ram 2500/3500 and 2019–2022 Ram 1500 Classic (quad halogen).
• Does not fit factory projector LED-style headlights or specific trims with different headlight assemblies.
• Includes low/high beam bulbs (H11 for low, HB3/9005 for high).

How durable and weather-resistant are these headlights?

KarSpareHub uses a sealed construction and tested adhesives to keep moisture and contaminants out. A PUR adhesive bonding process and a one-way breathable film in the base maintain internal humidity balance and ensure the housings remain air-tight through temperature changes.

• Sealed with PUR adhesive and 100% air-tightness inspection.
• Breathable base film prevents internal condensation and pressure build-up.
• UV optical coating on the lens resists yellowing and slow aging.
• Engineered to meet SAE regulatory clarity and visibility expectations.

What lighting performance can I expect from these replacements?

The lenses include a UV-resistant coating to preserve clarity and maintain consistent beam pattern over time, while the housings are tuned to reproduce the factory light spread. You’ll get restored brightness and a predictable cutoff when using the included halogen bulbs.

• Clear lens with UV protection to slow discoloration and loss of output.
• Factory-style reflector geometry for original beam pattern.
• Supplied bulbs: H11 for low beam, HB3/9005 for high beam.
• Designed to comply with SAE standards for on-road use.

Can I install these headlights myself?

Yes—these are designed for straightforward replacement using common tools and basic automotive knowledge. They are shop-ready but also DIY-friendly; reply "DIY" to receive step-by-step installation guidance from the seller.

• Direct-fit replacements — no housing modifications required (if your truck originally had quad halogen units).
• Standard H11 and HB3/9005 bulb sockets for easy bulb swap or upgrade.
• Mounting points and electrical connectors match factory locations on compatible trims.
• Seller offers a DIY installation guide on request.
