KES 4" All-Metal RV Shower Faucet — Brushed Nickel, Single-Lever Brass Body, Pressure-Balanced

The KES 4" All-Metal RV Shower Faucet is a compact, single-lever mixing valve with a one-piece brass body built for long-lasting, leak-resistant performance in motorhomes and camper bathrooms.

This compact shower valve replaces standard RV mixing valves with a corrosion-resistant, all-metal design that tolerates vibration, fluctuating campsite water pressure, and tight installation spaces. Finished in brushed nickel and engineered with a pressure-balanced cartridge, the unit minimizes temperature shocks while fitting most 4" center distance cutouts and 1/2 NPSM plumbing connections.

How durable is this faucet for life on the road?

The KES RV shower faucet prioritizes rugged materials and manufacturing tests to withstand recurring travel stress. Its solid cast brass body removes weak plastic seams, while corrosion-resistant surface treatments hold up under humid and salty conditions commonly encountered while camping.

• One-piece brass casting prevents seam failures and cracking.
• Brushed nickel finish resists peeling, rust, and discoloration.
• Tested for high-pressure seals up to 200 psi to reduce leaks.
• Packaged with shock-absorbing materials proven in drop tests.

Will it prevent sudden hot or cold water surges?

Yes — an anti-scald, pressure-balanced valve core manages pressure changes to help avoid abrupt temperature swings caused by campsite pumps or nearby water use. That control gives steadier showers without relying on electronic components or external thermostats.

• Pressure-balanced cartridge reduces temperature spikes and drops.
• Mechanical design needs no electrical supply — ideal for off-grid use.
• Rounded lever minimizes accidental activation during travel.

How easy is installation and what plumbing does it fit?

Installation is aimed at DIYers: the faucet includes an accessory kit, manual, and a guided installation video to streamline setup. With a 4" center spacing and 46 mm extended shanks, it accommodates typical RV wall thicknesses and standard 1/2 NPSM threaded connections.

• Standard 4" center distance for common RV cutouts.
• 46 mm extended shanks fit 0.6–1.6" wall thicknesses.
• Complete hardware kit and step-by-step instructions included.
• Approximate 5-minute install for experienced DIYers.

How does the design save space and improve safety in small bathrooms?

The valve features a low-profile stainless decorative panel and a reduced mounting depth, freeing room behind the wall and improving clearance in compact shower stalls. The smooth, rounded handle reduces the risk of scratches and unintended water flow while on the move.

• 2 mm stainless decorative panel for a slim faceplate footprint.
• Only 2.48" (63 mm) wall distance for tighter installations.
• Ergonomic rounded handle prevents accidental activation.
• Brushed nickel finish provides a clean, timeless look.

Who is this for? The KES 4" All-Metal RV Shower Faucet suits RV owners, vanlifers, and campers who want a durable, low-maintenance shower valve that handles road vibration, variable water pressure, and limited installation space. It’s ideal for anyone replacing brittle plastic valves, upgrading to metal construction for longevity, or fitting a compact shower where wall clearance and leak-resistance matter most.
