KKV Microfiber Car Drying Towels 2-Pack — 36 x 24 in Dark Gray, 1200GSM Twisted-Loop, Super Absorbent & Scratch-Free

These dark-gray drying towels combine dense twisted-loop microfiber with an edgeless design to deliver high absorbency without scratching or leaving lint behind. Each towel measures 36 x 24 inches, giving broad coverage while remaining easy to handle; the pair stores separately so you can dedicate one towel to painted surfaces and the other to glass, chrome, or interiors. Built to be machine washable and durable, they’re made for repeated use during regular washes and detailing sessions.

How much water can these towels absorb compared to regular microfiber?

Thanks to a dense 1200GSM twisted-loop construction, each towel soaks up significantly more water than thinner cloths. The high pile traps liquid and moves moisture away from the surface so you need fewer passes to dry a vehicle.

• 1200GSM density for heavy absorption per towel.
• Each towel holds up to roughly 0.66 gallons of water.
• Two towels combined provide approximately 1.32 gallons capacity.
• Fewer passes minimize streaks and drying time.

Will these towels leave scratches, swirl marks, or lint on my car?

The towels use a soft, dual-sided microfiber construction and an edgeless finish to reduce the risk of surface damage. The twisted loops lift and trap contaminants rather than dragging debris across paint or glass.

• Edgeless design eliminates hard borders that can rub paint.
• Soft dual-sided pile suitable for paint, glass, chrome, and wraps.
• Twisted loops capture dirt to prevent surface abrasion.
• Lint-resistant weave promotes streak-free drying.

How easy are the towels to use and store during detailing?

The 36 x 24-inch size strikes a balance between coverage and control—large enough to dry panels quickly but compact enough to fold and maneuver around mirrors and contours. They’re flexible for one-handed use and convenient to store in a trunk organizer or cleaning kit between washes.

• Generous size covers doors and hoods quickly.
• Manageable weight and flexibility for tight spots.
• Two-towel set supports a paint/glass separation workflow.
• Machine washable for easy maintenance and reuse.

How should I clean and care for these microfiber towels?

To preserve the microfiber’s softness and absorbency, wash the towels separately with mild detergent and avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry to maintain loop integrity and prevent fiber breakdown.

• Machine wash separately without fabric softener or bleach.
• Use mild detergent and warm water for best results.
• Tumble dry low or air dry to protect the fibers.
• Do not iron or dry-clean the microfiber towels.
