Kohler 25-050-21-S1 Fuel Filter 2-Pack — 75-Micron OEM Replacement for Gravity-Feed Small Engines

Genuine Kohler 2-pack fuel filters (part 25-050-21-S1 / 25-050-21-S) are 75-micron, gravity-feed OEM replacements designed to protect small engines and fuel systems from particulate contamination.

These two authentic Kohler filters offer a direct-fit, factory-spec filtration option when you need to replace a clogged or aged fuel barrier. Built to the original equipment manufacturer’s tolerances, each unit uses a 75-micron media rating suitable for gravity-feed systems found on many Kohler engines and lawn equipment. Sold as a pair, they provide immediate backup for routine maintenance cycles and help maintain consistent fuel flow and engine performance.

How do these Kohler filters fit my engine or equipment?

The 25-050-21-S1 is a genuine Kohler component designed to match the original filter dimensions and connection style of compatible Kohler engines. If your current filter lists 25-050-21-S or the same OEM cross-reference, this 2-pack is a straightforward swap that requires no modification.

• Direct OEM replacement for Kohler part numbers 25-050-21-S1 and 25-050-21-S
• Designed for gravity-feed fuel systems on small engines
• Same port size and mounting footprint as factory-installed filters

What does 75-micron mean and why does it matter?

‘75 micron’ describes the filter media’s pore size — it traps particles down to approximately 75 micrometers. That level of filtration balances protection and fuel flow for many carbureted and gravity-feed applications, reducing debris that can clog jets and valves while preserving steady fuel delivery.

• Catches rust, paint chips, dirt and larger particulates down to 75 microns
• Maintains adequate flow for carbureted and low-pressure systems
• Helps prevent fuel-system abrasion without overly restricting flow

How do I install and maintain these filters?

Installation is typically quick: depressurize the fuel system if necessary, remove the old filter, and replace it with the new Kohler unit ensuring correct fuel line orientation. Routine checks during seasonal maintenance will identify when replacement is needed—inspect for discoloration, clogging, or reduced engine performance.

• Replace during scheduled service or if fuel delivery drops
• Always install with fuel flow arrow (if present) pointing toward the engine
• Dispose of used filters per local regulations for fuel-contaminated materials

Will a 2-pack save time and prevent downtime?

Yes — having two genuine Kohler filters on hand lets you complete consecutive services or keep a spare for unexpected filter failures. Buying this OEM pair reduces the chance of cross-compatibility issues and speeds repairs when field service is required.

• One filter for immediate replacement, one kept as a spare
• Minimizes downtime during seasonal tune-ups or unexpected clogs
• OEM assurance ensures fit and function without trial-and-error

Who is this for: Owners, service technicians, and fleet managers of Kohler-powered equipment who want an exact factory-spec fuel filter replacement. This 2-pack is ideal for scheduled maintenance, emergency swaps, and anyone who prefers genuine OEM parts to maintain warranty compliance and optimal operation of gravity-feed small engines.
