The Larnoxal 1.5" x 15ft ratchet straps are a heavy-duty 4-pack of tie-downs with 5,208 lb break strength and locking S-hooks for safe, dependable cargo securement.

Whether hauling ATVs, kayaks, lawn equipment or boxed freight, choosing durable tie-downs matters. These Larnoxal straps pair UV-treated polyester webbing with a robust ratchet mechanism and locking S-hooks so you can tension loads quickly and keep them steady across rough roads or long hauls. Each set includes protective soft loops and a storage bag to simplify transport and storage.

How tough are these straps for outdoor use?

Constructed from UV-resistant, high-tensile polyester, the webbing resists sun damage, abrasion and moisture to extend service life. The rated 5,208 lb break strength offers a safety margin for many recreational and light-commercial loads, and the hardware is built for repeated use in variable weather.

• UV-treated polyester webbing for sun and abrasion resistance
• 5,208 lb (approx.) break strength for heavy loads
• Durable ratchet mechanism designed for repeated tightening
• Hardware finished to resist corrosion in damp conditions

What makes the locking S-hooks safer than standard hooks?

Locking S-hooks on these Larnoxal straps clamp onto anchor points to reduce the chance of accidental detachment during transport. The lock feature keeps hooks engaged under vibration or shifting cargo, adding reliability when you need it most.

• Locking S-hook prevents accidental unhooking under load
• S-shaped design for versatile anchor compatibility
• Strong hook material matched to strap capacity
• Simple latch action for quick engagement and release

How easy are they to use for one person?

Larnoxal ratchets are engineered for quick, single-operator use: thread the strap, seat the hook, crank the ratchet and lock. The mechanism is designed for smooth operation so tightening and releasing a load is straightforward, even if you don’t have experience with tie-downs.

• Ergonomic ratchet handle for easier tensioning
• Quick-thread webbing path reduces setup time
• One-handed release motion to free the strap quickly
• Included soft loops make anchor creation faster and safer

What cargo and vehicles are these straps suitable for?

These 1.5" x 15 ft straps work well for a wide variety of loads—recreational gear, small equipment and many trailer transports. They’re not intended for certified recovery or overhead lifting, but ideal for securing dirt bikes, kayaks, small boats, ATVs, lawn tractors and boxed cargo on trailers and truck beds.

• Common uses: dirt bikes, ATVs, kayaks, canoes, lawn mowers
• Suitable for trailer or pickup truck securement
• Good for boxed cargo and general-purpose tie-downs
• Not for certified lifting or vehicle recovery applications
