How difficult is installation and what comes in the box?

Installation is straightforward for someone with basic mechanical skills and common hand tools; many owners complete the swap in minutes. The assembly arrives with bulbs preinstalled but no printed instructions, so watching an online installation walkthrough or hiring a professional is advised if you’re unfamiliar with vehicle electrical connections.

• Included: driver-side LED tail light assembly with bulbs
• Not included: blind spot module, printed installation guide
• Suggested tools: socket set, screwdriver, trim removal tool
• Recommended: view a video or use a professional installer

How does the Lathsy tail light handle weather and durability?

The housing features improved sealing to reduce the chance of moisture intrusion, helping prevent fogging and corrosion in wet or cold conditions. Lathsy inspects units before shipping and provides replacement support if the tail light arrives damaged or is nonfunctional due to shipping issues.

• Sealed housing to resist water and fog build-up
• Durable LED and wiring construction for consistent performance
• Quality check before shipment and damage replacement policy
• Designed to match original mounting points for a snug fit

What electrical or vehicle compatibility checks should I make?

Confirm your truck’s electrical harness and blind spot sensor wiring match the replacement assembly; this unit supports blind spot functionality but does not include the control module. If your vehicle uses a separate module, ensure it is present and compatible or have a technician perform wiring verification to prevent error codes.

• Compatible with vehicles using blind spot detection wiring
• No blind spot module included—retain factory module if needed
• Compare connector types and pin layout before installation
• Professional diagnosis recommended if warning lights appear
