How does the TC-1000HT improve throttle feel?

The cable is engineered to reduce slack and binding, providing a controlled, linear pedal response. Its internal construction and durable sheathing minimize friction, so throttle movement feels consistent and predictable under load.

• 24-inch length tuned for common performance set-ups
• Low-friction inner liner for smoother motion
• Quality fittings that resist loosening or wear
• Vehicle-specific fit type to ensure correct routing and travel

What materials and build features ensure longevity?

Lokar focuses on high-grade components and precise assembly to extend service life. Corrosion-resistant outer sheaths and robust end fittings help the cable withstand heat, road exposure, and repeated cycles without premature failure.

• Durable outer jacket to resist abrasion and the elements
• Sturdy internal core for sustained tensile strength
• Professional-grade end fittings for secure attachment points
• Manufactured in the United States to strict quality standards

How easy is installation and fitment for my vehicle?

The TC-1000HT is sold as a vehicle-specific fit type, which simplifies installation by matching length and end fittings to your car or truck's requirements. Installers—both DIY enthusiasts and professional mechanics—will find the cable routes cleanly and adapts to stock or modified throttles without major modification.
