LURKA Coolant System Flush Gun – Lever-Action Radiator Flusher Kit with Air & Water Combo, 5 Nozzle Sizes (19–40mm)

The LURKA Coolant System Flush Gun is a lever-action, air-and-water radiator flusher kit that backflushes heater cores and cooling systems quickly using interchangeable nozzles and garden-hose adapters.

This professional-grade flush gun bundles the connectors and nozzles needed to clear rust, scale, and debris from radiators, heater cores, and coolant passages without hunting for extra fittings. Built from corrosion-resistant components and an ergonomic trigger, the kit supports both shop air and standard garden-hose supplies so you can adapt to garage or field conditions. It’s intended to make cleaning faster, reduce hand fatigue with a trigger lock, and deliver a tight seal through quick-connect fittings.

How does the dual air-and-water design improve flushing performance?

Combining compressed air with water creates a pulsing, high-velocity flow that helps dislodge buildup more effectively than water alone. The air boosts mechanical force inside narrow passages and heater cores, breaking loose scale and trapped debris while water flushes it out.

• Air-assisted pulsing increases shear force inside hoses and cores.
• Water flow carries loosened particles out of the system.
• Ideal for stubborn rust, sediment, and grease residues.

Which hose sizes and connections are supported by this kit?

The kit includes five rubber nozzles that fit common inner diameters from roughly 19mm to 40mm, plus 3/4" and 1/2" garden-hose quick-connect adapters. A 3/4" female-thread shut-off valve and universal quick connectors let you match most homeowner hoses and garage air lines without extra purchases.

• Nozzle sizes: 19mm, 29mm, 32mm, 36.5mm, 40mm for broad hose compatibility.
• Includes 3/4" garden hose quick connect and 1/2" adapter for standard fittings.
• 1/4" air inlet works with typical shop air compressors.

How do I operate and set up the flushing gun safely?

Setup is straightforward: attach the appropriate nozzle, connect the quick-fit adapter to your hose, hook up the air supply if using the combo mode, open the shut-off valve, and press the lever to flush. Use the locking latch to hold the trigger for continuous flushing and always wear protective eyewear and gloves to manage expelled coolant or debris.

• Select the correct nozzle size and insert it firmly into the hose opening.
• Connect garden hose and/or air line using included quick-connect fittings.
• Open shut-off valve; squeeze trigger to flush; use latch for continuous flow.

What materials and durability features should I expect?

The LURKA flush gun is manufactured from corrosion-resistant metals and durable polymers chosen for frequent exposure to coolant and cleaning chemicals. Its ergonomic handle and robust locking mechanism are sized for repeated use in shop environments, and the quick-connect seals are designed to prevent leaks under pressure.

• Corrosion-resistant construction for long-term chemical exposure resistance.
• Ergonomic trigger with locking latch reduces operator fatigue.
• Quick-connect fittings provide a tight, leak-resistant seal.

Who is this for: The LURKA Coolant System Flush Gun kit suits professional mechanics, fleet maintenance teams, and DIY enthusiasts who routinely service radiators, heater cores, and industrial cooling circuits. If you need a durable, all-in-one flusher that adapts to garden hoses and shop air, and includes multiple nozzle sizes and adapters to match common hose diameters, this kit provides the connectors and power you need to clean systems efficiently.
