LUVERNE Textured Rubber Mud Guards 12 x 23 in, 2‑Flap Kit — 3/8 in Recycled Rubber with 18‑Gauge Stainless Plate

LUVERNE 251223 are universal 12" x 23" textured rubber mud guards with 18-gauge stainless steel bottom plates, sold as a two-flap kit for front or rear protection.

These mud guards pair thick, recycled rubber with polished stainless steel reinforcement to shield your truck or SUV from road spray, gravel, and debris while adding a clean, rugged accent. Built for durability and everyday use, the LUVERNE 251223 set installs with corrosion-resistant hardware and galvanized brackets, offering a balance of long service life and attractive styling for both work and recreational vehicles.

How do these mud guards protect my vehicle on rough roads?

The LUVERNE mud guards block mud, stones, and water that would otherwise hit rocker panels and door edges, reducing chips, scratches, and corrosion risk. Their 3/8" recycled rubber construction absorbs repeated impacts and flexes rather than cracking, while the textured surface hides minor scuffs for a tidier appearance.

• 3/8" thick recycled rubber resists tearing and warping
• Textured finish conceals everyday abrasion and grime
• Blocks spray to keep lower body panels cleaner

What role do the stainless steel plates play?

The 18-gauge stainless steel plates reinforce the bottom edge, guarding against persistent stone strikes that shorten ordinary flap life. They are polished to resist rust and maintain a bright trim accent, extending usability while contributing to a finished look.

• 18-gauge stainless steel for rust resistance and strength
• Polished finish preserves appearance under harsh conditions
• Reduces wear at the most vulnerable lower edge of the flap

Will installation fit my truck, Jeep, or SUV?

These mud guards use a universal 12" x 23" size intended for many vehicle applications; LUVERNE also offers vehicle-specific options if needed. The kit includes galvanized steel mounting brackets and corrosion-resistant fasteners to simplify fitting; consult the application details for exact vehicle fitment guidance.

• Universal 12" x 23" flap size fits a broad set of vehicles
• Galvanized steel brackets provide durable mounting support
• Corrosion-resistant hardware included for long-term fastening

How durable are these mud guards for regular work or off-road use?

Designed for heavy-duty environments, the LUVERNE 251223 set withstands routine exposure to gravel, road salt, and moisture without rapid deterioration. The combination of recycled rubber body and stainless steel edge extends service life beyond standard flaps, while the textured face masks small blemishes so they keep looking good between cleanings.

• Heavy-duty recycled rubber designed for frequent impact resistance
• Stainless steel edge reduces bottom-edge failures and fraying
• Textured surface reduces visible wear from daily use
