Mastercool vacuum pump oil 32 oz – high-viscosity, thermally stable oil for deep-vacuum HVAC & automotive service

Mastercool 90032 is a 32 oz professional-grade vacuum pump oil formulated for deep-vacuum evacuation and routine pump maintenance.

Engineered for HVAC and automotive technicians, this clear, high-viscosity oil helps maintain reliable sealing and steady pump performance during heavy-duty evacuations. Its thermal stability and low vapor pressure reduce breakdown at high operating temperatures while aiding removal of moisture and contaminants that compromise pulls. Supplied in a service-friendly bottle with a capped spout, the 90032 streamlines oil changes and sight-glass inspections so pumps stay cleaner and run longer between services.

How does this oil improve vacuum pump performance?

Using the correct viscosity oil helps the pump form and maintain the tight seals that produce deep vacuum levels. The Mastercool 90032 is formulated to resist thinning and thermal degradation, which preserves pump efficiency during demanding jobs.

• High-viscosity base to support elastomer sealing and reduce internal leakage
• Thermally stable to limit breakdown under elevated temperatures
• Low vapor pressure and pour point suitable for deep-vacuum service

Will this oil help keep the system cleaner during evacuations?

Fresh, compatible pump oil helps the pump evacuate moisture and trace contaminants more effectively than degraded fluids. Mastercool 90032 is clear and non-detergent, which limits residue and makes it easier to spot contamination through the sight glass.

• Clear formula for quick visual checks of oil condition
• Non-detergent base avoids emulsifying contaminants into the oil
• Supports routine oil changes to reduce acid and varnish buildup

Is this oil suitable for frequent service and harsh conditions?

Yes — the formulation is designed for recurring maintenance cycles and demanding operating environments. Its boiling point and flash point specifications indicate good stability when pumps run hot, while a low pour point keeps it flowing in cooler service conditions.

• Wide thermal tolerance for longer in-service life
• Pour point of -18°C (0°F) for cold-start reliability
• Boiling and flash points that resist rapid evaporation and oxidative breakdown

What do I get in the bottle and how is it packaged for use?

The product comes in a 32 oz container with a capped dispensing spout to reduce spills and speed refills. The clear oil makes sight-glass monitoring straightforward, and the bottle size fits common service intervals for most shop pumps.

• 32 oz (one quart) service bottle with capped pour spout
• Clear, colorless to pale yellow liquid for easy inspection
• U.S.-based quality control and customer support from Mastercool
