Milwaukee M12 Cordless Grease Gun, Bare Tool 2446-20 — 8,000+ PSI, 36" Flex Hose

This lightweight, purpose-built grease gun from Milwaukee is designed to speed routine maintenance while reducing user fatigue. It accepts 14 oz grease cartridges or 16 oz bulk, stores its 36" flex hose on-board, and includes a spring-guard hose and grease couple. Battery and charger are sold separately — the bare tool is sized for professionals who already own M12 batteries or who prefer to add power separately.

How powerful is the M12 grease gun for tough greasing jobs?

The 2446-20 produces high output pressure for demanding applications, making it suitable for bearings, pivots, and industrial fittings. Its maximum operating pressure exceeds 8,000 PSI and it has overload protection to help manage heavy loads.

• Output Pressure: over 8,000 PSI for high-resistance fittings
• Overload protection to prevent tool damage under extreme load
• Works with 14 oz cartridges and 16 oz bulk fill for flexible use

What run-time and productivity features does it offer on a jobsite?

Designed for long service between charges, the M12 platform offers up to seven 14 oz grease cartridges per charge when paired with the appropriate M12 battery. An integrated LED fuel gauge and on-board hose storage reduce downtime and keep the tool ready for continuous work.

• Best-in-class run-time: up to seven cartridges per full battery charge (battery not included)
• LED fuel gauge to monitor remaining battery life at a glance
• On-board hose storage and shoulder strap loop for tidy, mobile operation

How comfortable and convenient is this grease gun to use?

At just 14 inches long and weighing approximately 7.2 lbs (tool with typical battery), the unit is balanced for extended use. An ergonomic handle reduces strain, while the air bleeder valve and priming mechanism speed start-up and maintain consistent flow for less mess and interruptions.

• Compact 14" length and balanced handle for improved user comfort
• Air bleeder valve and priming function for quick, reliable flow
• Includes 36" flexible hose with spring guard and grease couple for tough-to-reach fittings

What comes in the box and what else do I need?

The 2446-20 bare-tool package includes the grease gun, a 36" flex hose with spring guard, and a grease couple. Batteries and chargers are not included, so you can use existing M12 batteries or select a battery and charger that match your jobsite needs.
