Which vehicles and years does this thermostat housing fit?

This housing is designed to be compatible with specific Dodge and Jeep models. It fits 2011–2015 Dodge Durango and Grand Cherokee, 2012–2017 Wrangler models, and 2018 Wrangler JK applications where the listed OE numbers apply.

• 2011–2015 Dodge Durango
• 2011–2015 Dodge Grand Cherokee
• 2012–2017 Jeep Wrangler; select 2018 Wrangler JK
• Replaces OE numbers 902-852, 5184651AG, 5184651AH

What does the kit include and what temperature does the thermostat open?

The assembly arrives as a complete coolant outlet kit so you can replace the entire thermostat housing in one job. The included thermostat is calibrated to begin opening at 203°F (95°C), consistent with many OE cooling strategies for the listed engines.

• Aluminum thermostat housing (upgrade over plastic)
• Thermostat preset to 203°F / 95°C
• Precision gasket to prevent leaks
• Sturdy mounting screw for secure attachment

How does an aluminum housing benefit my vehicle versus the original part?

Aluminum construction improves heat resistance and resists warping and cracking that can occur with plastic outlets after years of thermal cycling. That durability reduces the chance of coolant leaks and helps maintain consistent flow through the cooling system.

• Greater temperature tolerance than plastic outlets
• Reduced risk of deformation and coolant leakage
• Longer service life under harsh driving conditions

Is installation straightforward and what should I check before ordering?

Installation is typically a direct swap using existing engine mounting points, but verify compatibility with your VIN or OE part number before purchase. Have basic hand tools, fresh coolant, and a clean mating surface ready; replacing the thermostat housing often requires draining the cooling system and bleeding air afterward.

• Confirm fit by checking OE numbers 902-852, 5184651AG, 5184651AH
• Requires coolant drain and refill during installation
• Inspect hoses and clamps while servicing the outlet
