MOTOKU’s three-piece sensor kit includes an Idle Air Control Valve, a Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor, and a Throttle Position Sensor engineered to replace factory units on multiple 1991–1997 GM and selected Isuzu and Pontiac models.
This OEM-style sensor set is sold as a matched replacement trio to bring idle control, manifold pressure feedback, and throttle position sensing back to proper specification after a failure. Each component is supplied as an individual unit so you can swap only the failed part or replace all three at once for a coordinated tune-up. The parts list and cross-reference numbers cover many Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, Pontiac and Isuzu applications from the early-to-mid 1990s.
These sensors are designed as direct-fit replacements for a long list of models from 1991 through 1997. They cover many full-size GM cars, trucks, vans and commercial chassis plus select Isuzu and Pontiac models. Always verify compatibility against your vehicle’s year, make, and engine control wiring before ordering.
Each sensor contributes a different input to the engine control module to regulate air and fuel delivery. The IACV manages idle airflow independent of throttle position, the MAP reports manifold vacuum/pressure for load calculation, and the TPS signals throttle opening. Replacing worn or failed units restores consistent inputs so the ECU can manage idle, fueling and timing more reliably.
The package contains one Idle Air Control Valve, one Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor, and one Throttle Position Sensor. Installation complexity varies: the TPS and MAP are typically bolted to the throttle body or intake manifold and have quick electrical connectors, while the IACV mounts to the throttle body and may require gasket replacement. Basic mechanical skills, standard hand tools, and a short electrical connector check are usually all that’s needed.
The MOTOKU kit is manufactured as a like-for-like replacement and lists many OEM cross-reference numbers it replaces. While fit and electrical compatibility are intended to match factory components, confirm the specific part numbers in the description against your original sensor to ensure an exact match. This reduces diagnostic time and risk of misfit.
Who is this for: technicians, DIY mechanics and fleet maintenance managers working on early-1990s GM platforms, Pontiac models and selected Isuzu vehicles who need a coordinated replacement of idle control, manifold pressure and throttle position sensing. Choose this MOTOKU kit when you want a matched set to diagnose driveability issues, replace a failed module quickly, or perform preventative sensor maintenance on vintage GM and related vehicles.
Q: Does this kit fit my 1994 Chevrolet K2500?
A: Yes—this MOTOKU kit lists compatibility with many 1992–1995 Chevrolet K-series trucks. Confirm by matching your vehicle year and existing connector style.
Q: Are installation gaskets included for the IACV?
A: The package includes the three sensors; gasket inclusion varies. Have a replacement gasket on hand if your install requires one.
