Motorex Helmet Care helmet cleaner 200ml aerosol — safe on visors & liners, neutral finish

Motorex Helmet Care is a 200ml aerosol spray that cleans, refreshes and helps protect helmet shells, visors and interiors without leaving sticky residues.

Keep your helmet looking and smelling better between deep cleanings with a product designed for helmet materials. This aerosol formula removes dirt, road grime and light contaminants from outer shells, face shields and removable liners while imparting a neutral finish that won’t compromise visibility or padding. The compact 200ml can fits into a garage kit or motorcycle bag for quick touch-ups after rides.

How does Motorex Helmet Care clean different helmet surfaces?

The spray is formulated to be safe on hard plastics, painted shells, and clear visors, plus textile and foam liners. It loosens dirt and oils so they wipe away easily without abrasive scrubbing.

• Spray onto a microfiber cloth, not directly into vents or electrical parts.
• Wipe visors gently to avoid scratches and maintain optical clarity.
• Use sparingly on liners; allow to air-dry fully before wearing.

Will this product affect visor coatings or helmet finishes?

Motorex Helmet Care is formulated to respect anti-scratch coatings and painted surfaces when used as directed. Avoid prolonged soaking and test a small inconspicuous area if you’re concerned about a specialty finish.

• Safe for most anti-fog and coated visors when wiped off promptly.
• Does not leave a greasy residue that attracts dust.
• Not intended as a polish; it cleans and refreshes rather than adds shine.

How should I apply the 200ml aerosol for best results?

Apply with controlled short bursts and immediate wiping to prevent over-wetting. Work section by section—visor, shell, then liners—and let vented areas dry thoroughly before storage or use.

• Shake the can well and spray to a cloth first for even application.
• Wipe with a clean microfiber cloth to avoid micro-scratches.
• Allow liners to air-dry fully to prevent damp odors or mildew.

How compact and transportable is the aerosol can for riders?

The 200ml aerosol is sized for garage shelves or a tool bag and is easy to tuck into luggage for road trips. The convenient spray format speeds touch-ups after day rides and before storage.

• 200ml aerosol fits most compact storage spaces and kits.
• Lightweight and pressurized for quick, even coverage.
• Can be used as part of regular helmet maintenance routines.
