Mudder Aluminum Crush Washers for Toyota Drain Plug — 100-Pack Blue, 12×21×1.8mm Leak‑Resistant

Mudder 100-piece blue aluminum crush washers are replacement oil drain plug gaskets sized 12 mm inner diameter x 21 mm outer diameter x 1.8 mm thick, designed to seal Toyota-compatible drain plugs and prevent oil leaks.

These crush washers are made from aluminum for a reliable, conforming seal each time you change the oil. Supplied in a bulk pack of 100, they’re intended for routine maintenance, fleet servicing, or stocking a home garage. The blue finish helps you quickly identify spare gaskets, while dimensions are chosen to match common Toyota drain plug applications (including part number 90430-12031 compatibility).

How do these crush washers stop oil leaks?

Crush washers create a leak-proof seat by deforming slightly under torque, filling small irregularities between the drain plug and oil pan. Aluminum is soft enough to compress reliably yet durable enough to maintain a seal through a single drain plug installation.

• Compressible aluminum material conforms to mating surfaces.
• Precise 12 mm ID and 21 mm OD match common Toyota drain plugs.
• 1.8 mm thickness ensures proper crush under torque.
• Blue finish aids quick visual replacement checks.

Will these washers fit my Toyota engine’s drain plug?

These washers are made to fit drain plugs that call for a 12 mm inner diameter and 21 mm outer diameter gasket, and are listed as compatible with part number 90430-12031. Always confirm your vehicle’s drain plug specification before installation to ensure a correct fit.

• Match dimensions (12 mm ID / 21 mm OD / 1.8 mm thick) to vehicle specs.
• Compatible with Toyota-style drain plugs using the specified part number.
• Bulk quantity reduces need to reorder for multiple vehicles or services.

How many should I keep on hand and when should I replace them?

A single washer is typically replaced at each oil change, so a 100-piece pack covers many service intervals or several vehicles. Replace the washer whenever you remove the drain plug; do not reuse a crushed gasket if it shows deformation or damage.

• One washer per drain plug removal—replace each oil change.
• 100-piece pack suitable for frequent servicing or multiple cars.
• Discard any washer with visible cracks, flattening, or corrosion.

Are these aluminum washers easy to install and maintain?

Yes. Installation requires seating a new crush washer on the drain plug and torquing to the manufacturer’s specification. No special tools are needed beyond the correct socket and torque wrench; proper torque prevents over- or under-crushing and preserves the seal.

• Place washer on drain plug before threading into oil pan.
• Tighten to vehicle manufacturer torque for reliable sealing.
• Store extras in a dry place to prevent coloration or surface oxidation.

Who is this for? Automotive DIYers, professional technicians, and fleet managers who perform frequent oil changes will appreciate the value and convenience of a 100-count pack of Mudder aluminum crush washers. This set is ideal if your vehicle’s drain plug takes a 12 mm inner diameter gasket and you want a ready supply for routine maintenance, multi-vehicle servicing, or to keep a spare stock in the workshop.
