How does this kit help when an engine misfires or runs rough?

Replacing a weak or intermittent ignition coil and its control module often eliminates rough idle, sputtering, and misfires caused by poor spark. The D577 module and DR49 coil work together to ensure consistent voltage delivery to the spark plug under varying engine loads.

• Restores stable spark timing and intensity
• Reduces misfires linked to weak coil output
• Pairs coil and module matched for correct electrical behaviour

What should I check for fitment and compatibility before buying?

Confirm compatibility by comparing the supplied part numbers and physical connector layout to your original components. Inspect photos, the part numbers (10489421, 8104894210, CE20003, etc.), mounting points and electrical plug type to ensure a seamless replacement.

• Match the part numbers printed on your existing parts
• Verify mounting bracket orientation and bolt hole locations
• Confirm connector pin count and plug shape match the vehicle harness

How difficult is installation and what tools are needed?

munirater designs this coil and module as a direct replacement, so installation is typically straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic automotive tasks. Professional installation is recommended if you lack experience with ignition systems or electrical connectors to avoid damage or misrouting.

• Common tools: ratchet, socket set, basic wrenches and screwdrivers
• Disconnect the battery before removing the old coil/module
• Follow torque specs for mounting bolts and ensure secure electrical connections

What quality checks and materials are used in this product?

Each unit undergoes inspection to meet munirater's reliability standards and uses robust materials designed for heat and vibration resistance found in engine bays. The manufacturing controls aim to deliver a rugged replacement part that performs consistently over time.
