NAVAC NH5SLL is a three-pack of professional low-loss refrigerant charging hoses (5 ft each) designed for A2L systems, rated to 800 psi working and 4000 psi burst pressure for reliable HVAC service work.
These NH5SLL hoses combine low-loss connectors, a 45° fitting profile, and rugged construction so HVAC/R technicians can charge, recover, and service refrigerant systems with greater control and reduced fugitive refrigerant. Each kit includes red, blue, and yellow 1/4 in hoses plus compatibility with R-410A, R-134a, R-22 and an F2010 adapter for A2L refrigerants, delivering versatility on the jobsite.
The NH5SLL uses low-loss connectors that minimize the amount of refrigerant that escapes each time a connection is made or broken, helping you keep more refrigerant in the system and lowering waste. The connector’s sealing geometry and replaceable gasket maintain a tight seal even after repeated use.
Yes—these hoses are engineered for demanding HVAC environments, with an 800 psi working pressure and a 4000 psi burst rating that withstands heavy-duty charging and recovery tasks. Their reinforced build and leak-proof sealing help them remain reliable under repeated cycles.
The NH5SLL includes 45° angled fittings which improve access in cramped service bays or crowded manifold arrangements, making it simpler to reach hard-to-access ports. Color-coded hoses and a 5 ft length strike a practical balance between reach and manageability during routine tasks.
The NH5SLL is compatible with common refrigerants like R-410A, R-134a, and R-22, and ships with an F2010 adapter specifically to accommodate A2L refrigerants and related service protocols. This makes the set adaptable as shops update equipment for lower-global-warming-potential blends.
Who is this for? NAVAC NH5SLL hoses are aimed at HVAC/R technicians, service contractors, and refrigeration professionals who need robust, low-loss charging lines for modern refrigerants and A2L-ready workflows. If you prioritize reduced refrigerant emissions, easier access to tight connections, and a durable hose set rated for heavy service, this three-pack provides a practical, job-ready solution.
Q: What is the working and burst pressure of the NH5SLL hoses?
