Nilight Headlight Assembly for 2009-2018 Ram 1500/2500/3500 Quad Halogen - Chrome Housing Clear Lens

This direct-fit headlamp assembly is designed for Dodge Ram trucks that originally came with the factory quad-style halogen headlights. It offers a bolt-on replacement with a chrome housing and clear corner lens, engineered to match the vehicle’s original mounting points and optical layout. Note that bulbs are not included and these assemblies will not fit models equipped from the factory with projector-style LED headlights.

What trucks and headlight types is this Nilight assembly compatible with?

This replacement fits 2009–2018 Dodge Ram 1500 models and 2010–2018 Ram 2500 and 3500 models that have the factory quad halogen headlight design. It does not fit Rams that came with projector LED-style factory headlights.

• Compatible: 2009–2018 Ram 1500 (quad halogen)
• Compatible: 2010–2018 Ram 2500 and 3500 (quad halogen)
• Not compatible: Factory projector or LED-style headlight assemblies
• Bulbs are sold separately; check bulb type before purchase

How difficult is installation and what should I expect during fitment?

The assembly uses a bolt-on design intended for fast installation without cutting or modification. Many users complete the swap in roughly 15 minutes per side, but professional installation is recommended if you’re not comfortable working on vehicle lighting.

• No trimming or drilling required for correct quad-style trucks
• Mounts to the factory locations for a gap-free finish
• Basic hand tools typically sufficient for installation
• Consider professional help for wiring or alignment adjustments

What materials and protections does the Nilight headlight offer?

The housing is made of durable, impact-resistant ABS plastic and the lens is fully sealed to keep moisture and debris out. The assembly carries an IP65-level sealing characteristic, designed to resist water intrusion and improve longevity compared with unsealed housings.

• ABS housing for tensile and impact resistance
• Fully sealed lens and housing to minimize moisture entry
• IP65-rated protection against water jets and dust
• Chrome finish for OEM-style appearance

Are these headlights safe and compliant for road use?

These Nilight headlamp assemblies meet DOT and SAE specifications to align with road safety and regulatory expectations. They are designed to produce the correct beam pattern when used with compatible halogen bulbs and properly aligned to avoid blinding oncoming traffic.

• DOT & SAE compliant for on-road use
• Engineered for the correct beam placement with halogen bulbs
• Proper alignment required after installation
• Bulb selection can affect output and beam focus

Who this is for: This Nilight quad headlight assembly is aimed at Ram owners who need a direct-fit replacement for damaged or aged factory quad halogen headlights and who want an OEM-style chrome housing with a clear lens. It’s ideal for drivers seeking an affordable, sealed headlamp that restores original fitment and appearance—provided the truck originally had quad halogen units and not factory LED projectors. If you need updated lighting technology, consider compatible bulb upgrades or alternate projector-style assemblies designed for your Ram model.
