OLIFANT Fuel Valve Petcock is a complete replacement fuel petcock kit designed to restore reliable fuel flow on a wide range of Honda ATVs, including Rancher, Recon and Foreman models.
This replacement assembly provides a direct-fit alternative to the OEM 16950-HM8-003 valve, supplied with hardware and hose so you can swap the old petcock without searching for additional parts. It’s manufactured to match the mounting and fuel-routing of many Honda single- and four-valve models from the late 1990s through the 2010s, helping get an ATV back on the trail quickly.
The OLIFANT Fuel Valve Petcock fits numerous Honda models that originally used part number 16950-HM8-003. Check model years and carburetor type before ordering to ensure perfect compatibility.
This kit includes the valve body plus all small parts needed for a typical petcock replacement—no extra trips to the parts store for clamps or screws. Basic hand tools are usually sufficient for installation.
Replacing a worn or leaking petcock restores proper fuel shutoff, reserve function and steady flow to the carburetor, which reduces vapor lock and fuel drip. The included hose and clamps ensure a tight connection that maintains consistent pressure and prevents leaks.
Before starting, drain or contain the fuel to avoid spills and work in a ventilated area away from open flames. Compare the old part with the new valve to confirm orientation and screw placements before tightening clamps.
Who is this for: The OLIFANT Fuel Valve Petcock is ideal for DIY mechanics, ATV owners restoring older Hondas, and repair shops that need a ready-to-install petcock kit. It’s well suited to riders who want a reliable, OEM-compatible replacement for common Rancher, Recon and Foreman models without hunting down multiple small parts.
