Oralys R134a AC Manifold Gauge Hose Kit, 3‑Piece 60‑Inch Color‑Coded Hoses, 600 PSI Working

Oralys 3Pcs R134a AC Manifold Gauge Hose Kit is a professional 5‑foot, color‑coded refrigerant hose set built for charging, evacuation, and pressure testing across common automotive and HVAC refrigerants.

This 3‑piece hose kit is engineered for technicians and informed DIYers who need reliable connections and room to work inside engine bays and HVAC cabinets. Each 60‑inch hose uses durable rubber construction with reinforced fittings and standard 1/4" SAE female flare ends, giving broad compatibility with manifold gauge sets and service equipment. The set supports multiple refrigerants including R134a, R404A, R12, and R502, and is designed to provide consistent performance during charging, vacuuming, and pressure checks.

How does this kit support multiple refrigerant systems?

The hoses are rated and sized to fit common service tools and refrigerants found in automotive and light commercial HVAC work. No special adapters are required for standard manifold gauge sets, so swapping between R134a, R404A, R12, and R502 is straightforward.

• Standard 1/4" SAE female flare fittings ensure wide equipment compatibility.
• Designed for refrigerant charging, vacuum evacuation, and pressure testing.
• Works with common refrigerants used in vehicles and HVAC units.

What pressure and durability can I expect during routine service?

These hoses are built for demanding tasks: a maximum working pressure of 600 PSI and a 3000 PSI burst rating provide a safety margin for many service operations. Reinforced rubber construction and sturdy metal fittings reduce wear from repeated use and resist kinking under normal working conditions.

• 600 PSI maximum working pressure for standard service procedures.
• 3000 PSI burst pressure for an added safety buffer.
• Reinforced rubber and wear‑resistant materials for long life.

Why are the hoses color‑coded and how does that improve workflow?

The set includes red, blue, and yellow hoses to make connections quick and error‑resistant. Color coding speeds up high/low side identification and reduces the chance of incorrect hookups when switching between charging, recovery, and vacuum operations.

• Red hose for high‑pressure side connection.
• Blue hose for low‑pressure side connection.
• Yellow hose for refrigerant charging or vacuum pump hookup.

Is the 5FT length practical for typical service environments?

A 60‑inch hose length balances reach and control: long enough to access tight engine compartments and roof or closet HVAC units, yet short enough to avoid excessive slack and tangles. The length helps maintain convenient positioning of gauges and service tools during charging and evacuation.

• 5FT reach for easier access in engine bays and HVAC closets.
• Flexible but controlled length to reduce kinking and clutter.
• Suitable for mobile technicians and shop use where mobility matters.

Who is this for: The Oralys 3Pcs R134a AC Manifold Gauge Hose Kit is intended for HVAC and automotive technicians, independent repair shops, and knowledgeable DIYers who need a dependable, service‑grade hose set. If you use manifold gauges for refrigerant charging, evacuation, or pressure testing and seek durable hoses with universal SAE connections and clear, color‑coded organization, this kit provides a practical, professional toolset.
