Orion Motor Tech 3-Way Manifold Gauge Set — 5ft Hoses, Hybrid Oil-Filled/Dry Gauges

The Orion Motor Tech OMT 3-way manifold gauge set is a complete automotive HVAC tool for measuring, evacuating, and charging R134a, R410A, R404A and R22 systems with durable 5-foot hoses and hybrid anti-shock gauges.

This compact kit brings professional-style controls to DIYers and technicians alike. Built with hybrid oil-filled/dry-dial gauges, color-coded reinforced hoses, and a corrosion-resistant manifold, the set is designed to give reliable pressure readings, safe refrigerant access, and long service life across multiple refrigerant types. The included adapters and R134a self-sealing can tap make common recharge and diagnostic tasks straightforward without buying extra parts.

How accurate and durable are the gauges?

The OMT gauges use a hybrid design combining oil-filled cores for shock resistance and clear dry dials for visibility in varying temperatures. A calibration screw lets you fine-tune readings, and stated accuracy is within about 1.6%, suitable for maintenance and many shop tasks.

• Oil-filled core reduces needle vibration and shock damage
• Dry dial surface stays legible in cold environments
• Calibration screw enables on-site accuracy adjustments
• Rated accuracy around 1.6% for consistent measurements

What fittings and refrigerants does the set support?

This kit ships with R134a quick couplers, R410A adapters, a 29° adapter and a self-sealing can tap for easy connection to common service ports and refrigerant cans. It works with R134a, R410A, R404A and R22, so you can service a wide variety of vehicle and small-system HVAC units without swapping tools.

• Included R134a couplers and R410A adapters for direct hookups
• 29° adapter for angled service valves and tight spaces
• Self-sealing can tap for safe cylinder or can charging
• Compatible with R134a, R410A, R404A and R22 refrigerants

How robust are the hoses, manifold and fittings for regular use?

Color-coded PVC hoses (blue, red, yellow) are four-layer reinforced and rated to 600 psi, giving both visibility and pressure reliability under load. The manifold and connectors combine ABS, rubber and pure copper fittings to resist rust and keep seals intact for repeated connections.

• Five-foot hoses provide reach without excessive slack
• Four reinforced layers in each hose for 600 psi durability
• Pure copper fittings resist corrosion for long-term sealing
• ABS and rubber components designed for workshop environments

Can I use this set for both DIY maintenance and professional checks?

Yes—the tool balance fits home mechanics and light professional service. The features target common service needs: pressure measurement, evacuation and refrigerant refill. While not a replacement for specialized lab-grade instrumentation, it covers everyday diagnostics and servicing in garages and small shops.

• Useful for routine AC troubleshooting and recharge jobs
• Adapters and can tap prevent extra purchases for common tasks
• Sturdy construction tolerates frequent field use
• Compact size simplifies transport and storage between jobs

Who this is for: The Orion Motor Tech OMT 3-way manifold gauge set is intended for car owners who perform their own HVAC maintenance, independent mechanics, and small-shop technicians who need a multi-refrigerant capable, portable gauge kit. If you need a single compact kit that measures pressures accurately, handles multiple refrigerants, and includes adapters and a can tap for common recharge workflows, this set provides the core functionality without specialty extras.
