ORJ Sublimation License Plate Blanks 6x12 in White — 50-Pack 0.65mm Aluminum Plates, Pre-Drilled for Heat Transfer

ORJ 50-pack 6" x 12" white aluminum sublimation license plate blanks for custom heat-transfer printing and durable automotive or decorative tags.

These 0.65mm white metal plates are manufactured for sublimation printing so you can image-transfer full-color designs onto a rigid, weather-resistant surface. Each plate is pre-drilled with four mounting holes and ships with a protective film that should be removed before heat pressing. The set is aimed at hobbyists, small businesses, and crafters who need consistent, easy-to-print blanks in bulk for personalized license plates, signs, or decorative panels.

How do I prepare these aluminum blanks for sublimation?

Preparation is straightforward: peel off the protective film first, then position your printed transfer paper on the plate before heat pressing. Use a heat press or mug press with a flat platen so pressure is even across the entire 6" x 12" surface. Follow recommended time and temperature ranges to get vivid, long-lasting color.

• Remove protective film completely before printing.
• Set heat press between 350–400°F (176–204°C).
• Press for 80–120 seconds with medium to firm pressure.
• Allow plates to cool slightly before peeling transfer paper for best clarity.

What printing results and durability can I expect?

When sublimation parameters are correct, transfers yield bright, photo-quality color that bonds into the coated surface of the aluminum. The plates are corrosion-resistant and rustproof, making them suitable for outdoor use such as front license display or signage. Keep in mind that proper pressing technique and high-quality sublimation inks will maximize image fidelity and longevity.

• High-contrast, vivid color when using recommended heat settings.
• Aluminum construction offers water and rust resistance.
• Durable coating designed to accept sublimation dyes reliably.
• Best results with polyester-based sublimation paper and inks.

How do these plates install and what are the common uses?

Each plate includes four factory-drilled mounting slots that match standard license-plate hardware, so installation is quick on vehicles, mailboxes, or display boards. Beyond automotive use, many customers create novelty decor, personalized gifts, event signage, or promotional merchandise. Because they’re uniform in size and thickness, they’re well suited to batch production and small-run personalization services.

• Four pre-drilled mounting holes for easy attachment.
• Common uses: custom vehicle tags, decorative signs, gifts.
• Bulk pack (50 pieces) supports small business or event projects.
• Consistent 0.65mm thickness for uniform heat transfer results.

Who is this for? Makers, print shops, event planners, and craft-business owners who need a reliable, uniform blank for sublimation will find this 50-piece ORJ pack especially useful. It’s also ideal for hobbyists producing multiple personalized plates or for seasonal/mass-production projects where consistency and cost-effectiveness matter. If you’re new to sublimation, the included guidance on film removal and recommended press settings helps reduce trial-and-error; established shops will appreciate the bulk supply and durable aluminum substrate for repeatable, professional results.
