Oyviny 6in Oval White LED Trailer Tail Lights 2-Pack — 24 LEDs, DOT SAE, IP65

These are Oyviny 6-inch oval white LED trailer tail lights with 24 LEDs that deliver bright, reliable reverse and running illumination in a flush-mount DOT SAE certified package.

Designed for trailers, RVs, buses and heavy-duty trucks, these compact oval lights combine a low-brightness running/tail mode with a high-brightness reverse function. The durable ABS housing and polycarbonate lens resist corrosion and road debris, while the unique ear-and-grommet design secures the light in place for surface-mount installations. They operate on 12V DC, and the pair ships ready for simple plug-and-play wiring with a standard 3-wire socket (pigtail not included).

How bright are these lights and how do they perform in different conditions?

The 24 LED diodes offer two distinct brightness levels: a low-intensity glow for tail/running use and a bright output when activated as reverse lights. The lamp’s IP65-rated sealing protects against rain, spray and dust, keeping the LEDs visible in wet or dusty environments.

• 24 high-output LEDs for clear visibility night or day
• Dual brightness: low for tail/running, high for reverse/backup
• IP65-rated seal for protection from moisture and road spray
• Works on standard 12V DC vehicle electrical systems

Will these lights survive heavy use and road exposure?

Oyviny designed the housing from corrosion-resistant ABS and finished it with a tough polycarbonate lens to stand up to road vibration and impact. DOT SAE certification confirms the lights meet established safety and durability benchmarks for road use.

• ABS housing resists rust and corrosion
• PC lens resists chips and abrasions from road debris
• Shock-proof construction for vibration-heavy applications
• DOT SAE certified for compliant on-road performance

How easy is installation, and what mounting options are available?

Installation is straightforward: the lamps are designed for surface-mounting with black PVC rubber grommets that seat into the housing’s two ears and lock the light into the vehicle notch. The rear accepts a standard 3-wire trailer light socket for simple electrical hookup—no special adapters required—though a pigtail is not included.

• Flush surface mount with grommet and ear alignment for secure fit
• Standard 3-wire socket at rear for direct connection to vehicle wiring
• Plug-and-play design minimizes installation time
• Grommet protects the housing edge and cushions against vibration

What vehicles and applications are these lights best suited for?

These oval 6" LED lights are built for heavy-duty and trailer applications where compact reverse and tail illumination is needed. They’re commonly used on dump trucks, tractors, semi-trailers, buses, RVs and a wide range of commercial trucks that use 12V systems.

• Trailers, RVs and campers
• Dump trucks, tractors and agricultural equipment
• Semi-trailers and heavy-duty trucks (Peterbilt, Freightliner, Kenworth, etc.)
• Commercial buses and service vehicles
