PACEWALKER Titanium Motorcycle Slip-On Muffler 38–51mm Inlet — Removable DB Killer, Lightweight

PACEWALKER's Titanium Motorcycle Slip-On Muffler is a universal, 365mm slip-on exhaust crafted from titanium alloy with a 38–51mm inlet and removable DB killer for tailored sound and improved styling.

This slip-on muffler pairs lightweight titanium construction with a stainless steel connector to deliver durable performance and a deeper, throaty exhaust note without major modifications. Designed to fit most bikes and scooters whose stock tailpipe measures between 38mm and 51mm, the kit ships with everything needed for a straightforward install: springs, hooks, clamps, a universal connecting pipe and a screw-in DB killer so you can control noise and tone.

Will this muffler fit my motorcycle or scooter?

This unit is built as a universal slip-on to attach to round exhaust outlets between 38mm and 51mm. Measure your bike's outlet diameter and compare it to the product range; if it falls in that band the connector and clamps included will provide a secure fit.

• Compatibility: 38–51mm inlet range (1.5–2 inches)
• Connector type: stainless steel slip-on adapter included
• Installation: spring hooks and stable clamps provided

How does the sound change with this muffler installed?

The muffler produces a deeper, slightly throaty tone while remaining controllable, thanks to the removable DB killer. Removing the DB killer will open up volume and growl, while reinstalling it brings the noise back down to a more moderate level—great for tuning the exhaust to meet local rules or personal taste.

• Included DB killer: removable for adjustable sound
• Sound profile: deeper and fuller than many stock mufflers
• Noise control: reinsert DB killer for quieter operation

What materials and durability features does this muffler offer?

The outer body is made of titanium alloy for a high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance, while the slip-on connector is stainless steel to withstand heat and vibration at the joint. These material choices help reduce weight compared with all-steel systems and improve long-term resistance to road elements.

• Body material: titanium alloy for lightness and corrosion resistance
• Connector: stainless steel for a secure, heat-resistant joint
• Hardware: supplied springs, hooks and robust clamps for a reliable fit

How difficult is installation and what comes in the box?

Installation is designed to be straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic motorcycle maintenance: slide the stainless steel adapter over the stock outlet, secure clamps, and attach springs and hooks. No welding is required for most slip-on fits, and you can fine-tune alignment before tightening clamps completely.

• In-box items: muffler body, stainless adapter, springs, hooks, clamps, universal connecting pipe
• Tools: basic hand tools recommended—no welding for typical installations
• Adjustability: clamps and springs let you position and tighten for a secure fit
