PALOZO Exhaust Hangers Muffler Brackets for RV Generators — Silver-Coated Steel, Rubber-Insert Pair (1-1/4"–1-3/4")

PALOZO Exhaust Hangers are heavy-duty muffler brackets designed to secure RV generator tailpipes quickly and resist corrosion for long-term use.

When a generator's exhaust needs a reliable mount, this pair of PALOZO muffler hangers gives you a straightforward, durable solution. Built from coated steel and fitted with reinforced flexible rubber segments, the brackets accommodate common generator tailpipe sizes and simplify installation for RV owners and technicians. They’re sized and shaped to work with popular models such as Onan and Cummins generators, reducing vibration and helping keep your exhaust aligned.

How do these hangers attach to my RV generator exhaust?

Installation is direct: the steel bracket clasps around the tailpipe while the rubber section cushions and secures it. Multiple pre-drilled holes let you fasten the hanger to a frame or mounting point using standard hardware, adapting to different orientations and clearances.

• Fits outer pipe diameters from 1-1/4" to 1-3/4"
• Flexible rubber segment allows bending for alignment
• Pre-drilled metal holes for bolts or screws

What makes the PALOZO bracket durable against weather and wear?

The hanger is constructed from high-quality steel finished with a silver corrosion-resistant coating to guard against rust in outdoor and marine environments. The rubber insert absorbs movement and reduces metal-on-metal contact, lowering wear on both the bracket and the generator tailpipe.

• Silver-coated steel resists oxidation and surface rust
• Reinforced rubber reduces vibration and abrasion
• Robust construction for longer service life in RV conditions

Will these hangers fit my Onan or Cummins generator tailpipe?

Yes — they are a universal fit for many RV generator models with tailpipe outer diameters between 1-1/4" and 1-3/4". The flexible bracket segment and multiple hole positions make it simple to adapt the hanger to various exhaust shapes and mounting points commonly found on Onan and Cummins units.

• Designed to match typical RV generator tailpipe sizes
• Works with Onan and many Cummins generator exhaust configurations
• Sold as a two-piece set for installing on both sides or as spares

How much time and skill does installation require?

These hangers are engineered for quick, practical installation by DIYers or service technicians. Basic hand tools are sufficient; you’ll clamp the bracket, position the rubber insert, and secure the assembly with bolts or screws through the available holes.

• Quick clamp-and-bolt installation—no specialty tools
• Flexible rubber speeds alignment and reduces trial-and-error
• Comes as a pair so you can replace both hangers in one visit

Who this is for: The PALOZO Exhaust Hangers are ideal for RV owners, fleet managers, and service shops needing a dependable replacement or upgrade for generator exhaust mounts. If you operate Onan or Cummins RV generators or maintain mobile power units, these hangers provide a corrosion-resistant, vibration-dampening bracket that simplifies installation and extends mounting life. They’re especially useful when you want a straightforward, long-lasting solution without custom fabrication.
