Partsam 8" RV Porch Lights 2-Pack Black — 12V IP67 Waterproof LED Strip Bars, Surface Mount

Partsam 8" RV Porch Lights are a pair of low-profile, 12V IP67 waterproof LED strip bars designed to deliver focused downward illumination for RVs, campers, boats and outdoor living spaces.

These two 8-inch LED utility strips provide durable, glare-controlled lighting for exterior and interior use around mobile homes and marine craft. Built with a black ABS housing and a clear PMMA lens, each bar contains 30 LEDs arranged to concentrate light where you need it most. They are made for surface mounting with included hardware and sealed screw caps to help keep moisture out, making them suitable for wet conditions.

How bright and directed is the light from these 8" bars?

The Partsam lights focus output downward with a slight forward tilt so the illumination hits activity zones like porch steps, awnings, and entryways instead of shining into eyes. Their 30-LED cluster creates a bright, even wash without harsh hotspots.

• 30 LEDs per bar arranged in a flower pattern for uniform brightness.
• 40° downward beam with an additional 20° forward lean to target the ground or workspace.
• Clear PMMA lens reduces glare while maximizing light transmission.

Will these lights stand up to outdoor and marine conditions?

Yes — the housings are made of impact-resistant ABS and the lens is sealed to achieve an IP67 rating, protecting against dust and temporary immersion. Included screw caps cover fasteners to reduce water entry at the mounting points.

• IP67-rated protection for dust and temporary immersion in water.
• Black ABS housing for corrosion resistance and good heat dispersion.
• Sealed screw caps provided to further waterproof mounting holes.

How easy is installation and electrical hookup?

Surface mounting is straightforward: each kit includes screws and screw caps, and wiring is simple—red is positive, black is negative. The lights run on 12V DC and draw about 5W each, so they tie in easily to typical RV or boat 12V systems.

• Dimensions: 8" x 1.5" x 1.5" with approximately 6.29" hole-to-hole spacing.
• Wire length ≈12.4" to reach nearby power points; polarity marked red (+) and black (-).
• On/off switch and transformer not included; compatible with external dimmers or transformers if added.

Where can I use these lights besides an RV porch?

Although optimized for RVs and campers, their compact, waterproof design makes them versatile for boats, trailers, garages, under cabinets, and outdoor patios. They perform well anywhere you need a low-profile, durable LED accent or task light.

• Suitable for motorhomes, campers, camper trailers, caravans, vans and toy haulers.
• Great for marine use: cabins, staterooms, gangways and deck areas.
• Also useful in homes for under-cabinet, corridor, garage or patio lighting when powered by a transformer.

Who is this for? These Partsam 8" RV Porch Lights are aimed at RV owners, boaters, vanlifers and DIYers who want reliable, weather-resistant lighting that directs light where it matters. If you need a compact, easy-to-install LED strip with solid build quality and an IP67 seal for damp or dusty environments, this two-piece kit provides a versatile solution for exterior and interior mobile applications.
