partszen replacement kit bundles a direct-fit 149-2311 fuel pump, 149-2457 fuel filter, and 1403280 air filter with fuel line and clamps for Onan/MicroQuiet 3600–4000 series generators.

This all-in-one maintenance set is designed to restore reliable fuel delivery and clean airflow for compatible Onan/Microlite/MicroQuiet and Camp Power RV generators. Every part in the kit is sized to match factory service items so you can replace worn components quickly and reduce diagnostic time. The package includes the pump, two filters, a length of fuel hose, and four clamps — everything needed for a routine fuel-system and intake refresh.

Will this kit fit my generator model?

The partszen kit targets specific Onan and Camp Power families. It fits MicroQuiet 3600 and 4000 models as well as many MicroLite, KY-series, and Camp Power/QG RV units. Check your current part numbers or equipment manual to confirm compatibility before ordering.

• Fits MicroQuiet KY 3600 and KY 4000 series generators
• Compatible with MicroLite KY and Camp Power KYD models
• Works for Camp Power/QG RV and Microlite RV QG applications

How do the replacement parts improve generator performance?

Worn filters and aging fuel pumps can restrict flow and introduce contaminants to the engine. Replacing them restores proper fuel pressure and cleaner intake air, helping the generator run more consistently and start more easily. This can reduce fouling and minimize maintenance cycles when installed correctly.

• New fuel pump (149-2311) restores steady fuel delivery
• 149-2457 fuel filter removes particulates before the carburetor
• 1403280 air filter improves intake air cleanliness for combustion

What comes in the boxed kit and are the parts genuine replacements?

The kit ships with the complete set shown in product images so you don’t need to source small items separately. Components are aftermarket replacements engineered to match the dimensions and function of the referenced factory parts, including common cross-reference numbers. Installation hardware is included to simplify the swap.

• 1 × 149-2311 fuel pump
• 1 × 149-2457 inline fuel filter
• 1 × 1403280 air filter
• 1 × fuel line (6×12×630 mm) and 4 hose clamps

How should I install these items safely?

Work in a well-ventilated area with the generator cooled and fuel valves shut off. Use basic hand tools to remove old clamps and lines, swap filters and pump, then secure the new hose with the supplied clamps. After installation, inspect for leaks and run the generator briefly to confirm proper operation.

• Disconnect battery or ignition and allow engine to cool
• Drain or contain residual fuel before removing lines
• Use supplied clamps and verify tight, leak-free connections
