Pholeon Toyota touch-up paint 040 Super White (12ml) — 2‑in‑1 repair pen, precision tip & brush, fast-drying rust-resistant

Pholeon 040 Super White touch-up paint is a 12ml 2-in-1 repair pen formulated to match Toyota's 040 Super White/Ice Cap for quick, do-it-yourself chip and scratch repairs.

Small chips and scratches can make a well-maintained Toyota look neglected. This compact paint pen is designed specifically for Toyota color code 040 (Super White/Ice Cap) and combines a fine precision tip with a soft brush to handle both pinpoint chips and broader scrapes. The formula bonds to metal, resists rust and water, and dries quickly so you can restore appearance and protection without a body-shop visit.

How accurate is the color match for Toyota 040 Super White?

Pholeon matches the factory color by referencing Toyota's 040 Super White/Ice Cap paint code. For the best result, confirm your vehicle’s color code (usually on the driver door jamb or in the owner’s manual) before applying. Small variations in sheen can occur over time due to weathering, so testing is recommended.

• Formulated to match Toyota 040 Super White/Ice Cap
• VIN and paint-code check recommended before use
• Ideal for touch-ups where factory finish is intact
• Test on scrap material to verify sheen and tint

How do I apply the Pholeon touch-up pen for a durable repair?

Preparation and thin, controlled layers are key. Clean the area with a wax-and-grease remover, gently sand any rough edges, and keep the surface around 70°F out of direct sunlight. Shake the pen well, then use the precision tip for tiny chips and the brush for larger scratches; allow each thin coat to dry before adding the next.

• Clean with wax & grease remover; lightly sand if needed
• Shake pen 20 seconds to mix pigment
• Apply thin coats; wait about 10 minutes between layers
• Use precision tip for chips and brush for wider areas

What coverage and longevity can I expect from a 12ml pen?

The 12ml (0.4 fl oz) bottle covers up to approximately 0.08 square meters, which is enough for several small repairs or a few larger touch-ups. The high-adhesion, anti-rust and waterproof formulation provides long-lasting protection, though extreme exposure and mechanical abrasion will reduce lifetime — consider reapplying or protecting with clear coat if needed.

• Covers up to ~0.08 m² — multiple chips or a few larger scratches
• Adhesive, anti-rust, and water-resistant formula
• Dries within minutes; full cure over longer period
• Reapply or use clear coat for heavy wear areas

Can beginners use this pen safely and effectively?

Yes—the pen is created for DIYers. New users should practice strokes on scrap material, test the color, and apply in thin layers to avoid drips. Follow simple temperature and prep advice and you'll achieve a clean, factory-like finish with minimal experience.

• Recommended practice on cardboard or scrap metal first
• Keep surface temperature around 70°F for best flow
• Apply thin, controlled coats to prevent runs
• Contact customer support if color or performance falls short
