PRO CAKEN Universal Hand Guards for 7/8" & 1 1/8" Bars — CNC 6061 Aluminum Bracket, Reinforced PP Shield

PRO CAKEN Universal Hand Guards are durable, easy-to-install shields that protect hands and levers on 7/8" (22mm) and 1 1/8" (28mm) handlebars for motorcycles, ATVs, and bicycles.

These universal hand guards combine a CNC-forged 6061 aluminum bracket with a reinforced polypropylene shield to block mud, wind, and flying debris while improving rider comfort and lever protection. Designed to fit a wide variety of two- and three-wheel bikes, they use an expanding bar-end mount that locks securely inside the handlebar tube without complicated clamps or extra adapters.

How will these hand guards protect me while riding?

The reinforced PP shield deflects small rocks, branches, and road spray away from your hands and brake/clutch levers. The rigid aluminum bracket keeps the guard positioned even under vibration or impact.

• Blocks wind and mud to reduce cold and wet hands.
• Shields levers from direct hits and scratches.
• Impact-resistant materials absorb hits from debris.

Will these guards fit my handlebars and how do I install them?

They are built to fit both 7/8" (22mm) and 1 1/8" (28mm) standard handlebars used across motorcycles, ATVs, dirt bikes, city bikes, and more. Installation is simple and requires no special tools beyond a wrench or Allen key.

• Insert the expanding spacer into the handlebar end.
• Tighten the bolt to expand the spacer and lock the guard in place.
• Includes a mounting kit and one pair of guards for both sides.

What materials and build quality can I expect?

The bracket is CNC-forged from 6061 aluminum for strength and fatigue resistance, while the guard plate is molded from reinforced polypropylene to resist impact and abrasion. Together they balance rigidity and energy absorption.

• 6061 aluminum bracket: corrosion-resistant and strong.
• Reinforced PP shield: lightweight, impact-tough.
• Precision-machined expansion plug for secure fitment.

How do these guards change ride comfort and control?

By blocking cold wind and road spray, they help keep hands warmer and dryer on longer rides, which reduces fatigue. The guards also prevent accidental lever damage so braking and clutch feel remain consistent.

• Reduces hand and finger fatigue from wind exposure.
• Maintains lever integrity for reliable control.
• Streamlined design adds a visual upgrade to the handlebars.
