Quality Chemical Nu-Coil Concentrated Foaming Alkaline AC Condenser Coil Cleaner 1 Gallon — Non‑Corrosive, Fast‑Acting

Quality Chemical Nu-Coil is a professional-strength, foaming alkaline condenser coil cleaner that lifts grime, grease and dust from AC coils for fast rinsing and restored airflow.

If your air conditioner’s condenser coils are clogged with dirt, oil or debris, they lose efficiency and make the system work harder. Nu-Coil concentrated foam from Quality Chemical is formulated to cling to vertical coil surfaces, break down contaminants, and rinse away without corroding aluminum, copper, or steel. It comes in a one-gallon container sized for technicians and savvy homeowners who prefer a concentrated, economical cleaner.

How quickly will Nu-Coil remove built-up dirt from condenser coils?

The foaming formula begins working on contact and loosens accumulated dust, grease and grime in minutes. For most moderate buildup, allow the foam to dwell about 10 minutes before rinsing; heavier soils may need a brief second application. Because the foam clings to coil fins, it improves contact time and cleaning effectiveness compared with liquid-only cleaners.

• Typical dwell time: ~10 minutes for average soils
• Repeat application for heavy grease or oily deposits
• Rinse thoroughly with water to remove residues

Is Nu-Coil safe for different coil metals and surrounding parts?

Nu-Coil uses a non-corrosive alkaline formula designed to be safe on aluminum, copper and steel commonly found in HVAC condensers. It’s formulated to minimize damage to fin surfaces and nearby components when used as directed. Still, avoid prolonged contact with sensitive finished surfaces and always rinse following application.

• Non-corrosive when used per instructions
• Suitable for aluminum, copper and steel coils
• Rinse after dwell time to protect finishes and parts

How do I apply this concentrated foaming coil cleaner effectively?

Apply Nu-Coil foam directly to dry or slightly wet coil surfaces, ensuring even coverage across fins and tubes. Let it remain for the recommended dwell time so it can penetrate soils, then use a gentle water rinse to flush away loosened deposits. For best results, work from the top down and protect electrical components from excessive water.

• Spray evenly across coil surfaces until foam forms
• Wait approximately 10 minutes; reapply for heavy buildup
• Rinse thoroughly; avoid high-pressure washing that may bend fins

Can this product be used by homeowners, or is it only for professionals?

Nu-Coil is concentrated for professional results but simple enough for confident homeowners who follow safety guidance. The one-gallon size is economical for multiple cleanings and for contractors servicing several units. Always wear protective gloves and eye protection, and follow manufacturer instructions to ensure safe, effective use.

• One-gallon concentrate works well for multiple jobs
• Suitable for DIY users and HVAC professionals
• Follow safety precautions and rinse thoroughly
