RALBIL AC Flush Kit — Stainless Canister HVAC & Auto AC Flushing Kit with 3.5ft Hose and Dual-Unit Gauge

RALBIL AC Flush Kit is a reusable, portable HVAC flushing system with real-time dual-unit pressure monitoring and safety relief designed to clean automotive and household air conditioning lines.

Whether you're preparing to replace a compressor or simply removing debris and oil from AC lines, this kit provides a safe, controlled way to circulate solvent through evaporators, condensers and piping. The stainless-steel canister, 3.5-foot rubber hose and intake valve work with workshop air to force flushing solvent through systems using common refrigerants such as R134a, R410a, R22, R12 and R404.

How does the RALBIL flush kit control and display pressure during flushing?

The kit includes a dual-unit gauge that shows pressure in two scales so you can monitor bottle pressure in real time and stay within safe limits. An adjustable air relief valve lets you fine-tune operating pressure and prevents overpressurization by venting automatically above the preset threshold.

• Dual-unit gauge for psi and kg/cm² readouts
• Real-time monitoring to adjust flushing flow
• Automatic relief above 170 PSI (12 kg) for safety
• Threaded fittings compatible with standard shop air lines

What parts are included and how are they built to last?

The main components are a thickened stainless-steel reservoir, a durable 3.5-foot rubber hose, an intake/charging valve, and a portable hook for hands-free hanging. Materials and construction are selected for corrosion and temperature resistance so the kit withstands repeated use in automotive and HVAC environments.

• Stainless-steel canister resists corrosion and leaks
• 3.5 ft (≈1 m) rubber hose rated to 600 PSI work pressure
• Burst resistance up to 3000 PSI for safety margin
• Hook for easy storage and in-system positioning

Which systems and refrigerants can I flush with this tool?

This flush kit is designed for a wide range of systems: automotive AC piping, evaporators, condensers, household refrigerators and residential air-conditioning lines. It works with common refrigerants and is intended to be used with a compatible flushing solvent (solvent not included) and an external air compressor.

• Compatible with R134a, R410a, R22, R12, R404 service lines
• Suitable for evaporators, condensers and refrigerant piping
• Requires separate flushing solvent and shop air source
• Reusable for multiple service cycles when maintained

How do I operate the kit safely and efficiently?

Fill the stainless-steel bottle with the recommended AC flushing solvent, attach the hose and valve, then pressurize the canister with workshop air. Monitor the dual gauge, adjust the relief valve to set the desired flow, and flush until expelled solvent runs clear. Follow solvent and refrigerant handling guidelines and wear protective gear.

• Use only approved flushing solvents and personal protective equipment
• Pressurize from a regulated shop air source — do not exceed recommended pressures
• Flush until solvent runs clear; drain and dry system before recharging
• Service and inspect hoses, seals and fittings regularly
