Ramkle RV Entry Door Lock — White Paddle Deadbolt for Right‑Hinged RVs, IP67 Waterproof Metal

Ramkle RV Entry Door Lock is a heavy‑duty, fully metal paddle deadbolt designed to replace worn camper locks and secure travel trailers, horse trailers, cargo haulers and trucks.

This replacement lock pairs a corrosion‑resistant zinc‑alloy and aluminum build with IP67 water protection, a tamper‑resistant keyed cylinder, and a user‑friendly paddle handle. It’s made for right‑hinged RV doors with common cutouts and a door thickness range of 1.25"–1.5", and comes with everything needed for a quick DIY swap: four unique mechanical keys, mounting screws, and clear instructions.

Will this lock fit my RV or camper door?

The Ramkle paddle lock fits most standard RV entry openings that match the listed cutout dimensions and door thickness. It is not intended for Class A or Class C coach doors; check your door hinge orientation and measurements before ordering.

• Compatible cutout size: 3.6" tall x 2.67" wide
• Acceptable door thickness: 1.25" to 1.5"
• Designed for doors with hinges on the right side
• Not suitable for many Class A or Class C RV doors

How durable and weather‑resistant is the Ramkle lock?

Constructed from selected zinc alloy and aluminum, this lock undergoes multiple casting and oxidation treatments to resist corrosion and wear. The IP67 rating and UV‑resistant finish help the unit withstand outdoor exposure, salt spray, and sun without rapid fading or functional decline.

• 100% metal body for long service life
• Corrosion‑resisting casting and oxidation protection
• IP67 waterproofing for dust and temporary immersion resistance
• UV‑resistant surface to reduce fading outdoors

What security features does it offer and how is the keying handled?

This lock uses a tamper‑resistant cylinder paired with a built‑in deadbolt and back‑locking function to improve security over simple card or latch systems. Each unit ships with four mechanical keys cut to a unique random code, so your keys won’t match anyone else’s lock.

• Integrated deadbolt for stronger door retention
• Back locking prevents unauthorized opening from outside
• Four unique keys included; no identical duplicates
• Tactile, silent paddle operation for discreet use

How simple is installation and what’s included?

The lock comes as a complete replacement kit with instructions, four keys, and ten mounting screws in assorted lengths so you can match your door material. Many users report installation in about 10 minutes with basic tools, avoiding service fees for a locksmith or dealer replacement.

• Complete kit: lock assemblies, 4 keys, 10 screws, and instructions
• Tools needed: common screwdriver set and measuring tape
• Typical install time: under 10–20 minutes for experienced DIYers
• Direct swap for compatible cutouts—no custom cutting required
