RecPro RV exterior faucet — Brass hot/cold sprayer with quick-connect, low-profile 6¼"

The RecPro RV Exterior Faucet Hot/Cold Sprayer Quick Connect is a durable, brass outdoor faucet for RVs that supplies both hot and cold water and accepts a garden-hose quick-connect for versatile exterior use.

This exterior faucet is built for recreation vehicles and outdoor kitchens, offering a compact footprint and sturdy metal quick-connect valve so you can rinse gear, fill buckets, or hook up a standard garden hose. Designed to attach to 1/2" threaded hookups with two 2" shanks, the unit balances convenience with long-lasting materials so it performs well in routine RV tasks.

How large is this faucet and where will it fit?

The faucet measures 6 1/4" wide by 2 1/8" high and 5 1/4" long, making it compact enough for most exterior RV compartments or outdoor kitchen panels. Its shallow depth helps it sit close to the mounting surface while still leaving room to connect hoses and use the sprayer comfortably.

• Dimensions: 6 1/4" W x 2 1/8" H x 5 1/4" L.
• Low-profile design ideal for RV sidewalls and under-counter outdoor kitchens.
• Two 2" shanks for stable attachment to water lines.

Can I connect a regular garden hose or use hot water?

Yes — the top-mounted quick-connect valve is solid brass and made to accept standard garden-hose fittings, so you can quickly attach and detach a hose for washing tasks. The faucet supports both hot and cold water supply lines, enabling temperature-specific uses like warm rinses or cold-water cleanup.

• Solid brass quick-connect valve transitions to garden-hose threads.
• Hot and cold hookup compatibility via 1/2" threaded connections.
• Useful for washing dishes, rinsing feet, or filling hot-water buckets.

How durable is the construction and what maintenance is needed?

The quick-connect valve and internal fittings are made from robust metal components, including solid brass parts that resist corrosion better than plated alternatives. To preserve the faucet, follow RV water draining procedures during freezing temperatures; trapped water can expand and damage the assembly.

• Solid metal quick-connect valve for long-term strength.
• Brass components reduce corrosion and improve longevity.
• Winterize by fully draining water to prevent freeze damage.

How do I install it on my RV water system?

Installation requires matching the faucet’s 1/2" threaded hookups to your RV’s water lines and using the two 2" shanks for secure mounting. The design is straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic plumbing connections; if unsure, a professional RV technician can install it quickly to ensure leak-free performance.

• Connect to 1/2" threaded water supply lines for hot and cold.
• Use the two 2" shanks to fasten the faucet to the mounting panel.
• Check all connections for leaks and winterize when storing.
