RED WOLF Silicone License Plate Frame for 6x12 Plates — Black, Rust-Resistant, Anti-Wobble Design

RED WOLF Silicone License Plate Frame is a universal, rust-resistant rubber holder that secures standard 6x12 plates without obstructing any registration details.

This silicone license plate frame blends durable, weatherproof construction with a low-profile design to protect plates and vehicle paint. It’s made to fit the U.S. standard 6"×12" plate size, resists rust and fading, dampens vibration and noise, and installs in minutes using the included hardware. The hollowed back, three drainage holes, and reinforced corners prioritize longevity while preserving full plate visibility for road-legal use.

How does this frame avoid rust and water damage?

The frame uses an arrow-shaped hollow back and three drainage holes at the bottom to let water escape, preventing moisture build-up that causes rust. Silicone itself won’t corrode, and the design reduces trapped water against the plate surface.

• Arrow-shaped hollow back channels moisture away from the plate.
• Three drainage holes allow continuous water runoff.
• Silicone construction resists corrosion compared with metal frames.

Will it fit my license plate and stay secure while driving?

This frame is made for the standard 6×12 in license plate used across states and maintains an unobstructed edge so numbers and registration remain fully visible. The silicone’s snug grip prevents wobble and eliminates squeaks, while included screws, caps, and washers lock the plate in place.

• Universal 6×12 size compatible with all state plates.
• Soft silicone offers a tight, anti-wobble fit.
• Kit includes 4 screws, 4 caps, and 4 washers for quick installation.

How does the silicone material protect my vehicle’s finish?

Premium silicone provides a soft contact surface that minimizes scratches and abrasion on both the plate and the vehicle’s paint. The material also stays flexible across hot and cold temperatures so it won’t crack or deform over time.

• Soft texture prevents metal-to-paint rubbing and scratches.
• Durable against temperature fluctuations—no brittle failure.
• Matte black finish resists fading and keeps a clean look.

Is installation complicated and what tools are needed?

Installation is straightforward: slide the plate into the frame, position it on the vehicle, and fasten with the included hardware. It typically takes only a few minutes and a standard screwdriver—no specialty tools or adhesives required.

• Includes screws, caps, and washers for a secure mount.
• Simple slide-and-screw method; remove old frame or plate first.
• Fits front and rear tags without blocking any registration text.
