ReluxGo Coil Spring Compressor Tool 2-Pc 2200 lb Heavy-Duty MacPherson Strut Set with Safety Bracket

The ReluxGo Coil Spring Compressor Set is a heavy-duty two-piece MacPherson strut spring compressor designed to safely compress coil springs up to 2200 lb capacity for cars, trucks, ATVs and UTVs.

If you service suspension components, this pair of compressor tools provides a robust, portable solution that fits a wide variety of spring diameters and lengths. Built from heat-treated 45# steel with drop-forged hooks and a galvanized finish, the set emphasizes durability, corrosion resistance and safer operation through its adjustable safety bracket and secure locking design.

What sizes and vehicles will the ReluxGo spring compressor fit?

The ReluxGo kit accommodates many passenger vehicles and larger off-road machines. Its hook jaws extend and its guard bar adjusts to handle a broad range of coil dimensions so you can use it across different jobs without extra adapters.

• Fits coil diameters approximately 8 to 11.7 inches (20.3–29.7 cm).
• Hook jaw reach extends from about 1.4 to 11 inches (3.6–27.9 cm).
• Suitable for cars, SUVs, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs.
• Two-piece design works on MacPherson strut springs and many other suspension types.

How safe and sturdy is this compressor under load?

Safety features are built into the tool to reduce the risk of sudden release while under tension. The adjustable safety bracket locks the assembly in place for more stable, parallel compression and the locking mechanisms on the hooks help hold the spring reliably.

• Rated capacity up to 2200 pounds (1000 kg) per set for heavy-duty tasks.
• Adjustable safety bracket prevents accidental pressure release during work.
• Locking hook jaws add an extra layer of retention while compressing springs.
• Galvanized finish and heat treatment reduce failure risk from wear or rust.

What materials and construction details matter for longevity?

The ReluxGo compressors use quality steel and drop-forged hooks to withstand repeated high-tension use. Heat treatment increases hardness and fatigue resistance, while the galvanized coating helps resist corrosion when stored or used in damp environments.

• 45# steel construction with heat treatment for strength and durability.
• Drop-forged hook jaws resist deformation under heavy loads.
• Galvanized finish protects against rust and surface corrosion.
• Solid locking components and robust welds for long service life.

How do I operate the tool and what extras are included?

Operation is straightforward: seat the hooks, adjust the bracket, and rotate the screw to compress evenly. ReluxGo includes user-friendly extras to make the job quicker and more controlled.

• Rotate the 19 mm hex socket to compress the spring smoothly and evenly.
• Hex wrench included for tightening small screws and securing parts.
• Two-piece layout lets you balance compression from both sides for parallel alignment.
• Secure locking design holds the spring in position during disassembly or reassembly.

Who is this for? The ReluxGo Coil Spring Compressor Set is aimed at automotive enthusiasts, independent mechanics, and fleet technicians who need a reliable, heavy-duty tool for suspension work. It’s also suitable for experienced DIYers working on motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs who require a high-capacity, corrosion-resistant compressor with safety features. If you perform frequent spring replacements or servicing where stable, parallel compression and long-term durability matter, this set is built to meet those demands.
