RJSJRAD Rear Bed Step for Toyota Tacoma 2024-2026 — Folding Retractable Corrosion-Resistant Tailgate Step

The RJSJRAD Rear Bed Step is a folding, retractable tailgate step designed to replace PT392-35920 and make getting into the elevated bed of 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma trucks faster and safer.

The RJSJRAD Rear Bed Step fits the rear bumper area of 2024 and newer Toyota Tacoma models and serves as a sturdy, quick-deploy footstep for loading, unloading, or climbing into the truck bed. Built from reinforced corrosion-resistant materials, this retractable truck step folds neatly out of the way when not in use and locks into place when needed. It is engineered to simplify access without altering the truck’s appearance or requiring permanent modifications.

How does this bed step install and fit my 2024–2026 Toyota Tacoma?

Installation is made to align with the factory bumper mounting points and the step replaces the original PT392-35920 style unit. Basic hand tools are typically all that’s required, and the part is sized to match the rear bumper geometry of 2024+ Tacomas so it integrates cleanly with the body lines.

• Direct-fit replacement for compatible Tacoma rear bumpers
• Uses existing mounting points—no custom welding needed
• Hardware and alignment instructions included to simplify fitment

What materials and weight capacity does the retractable truck step offer?

RJSJRAD manufactures this bed step from reinforced, wear- and corrosion-resistant materials that resist road debris and weather exposure. The textured tread provides grip while the structure supports everyday access loads, designed to handle typical use comfortably.

• Reinforced metal construction with corrosion-resistant finish
• Anti-slip tread surface for secure footing in wet conditions
• Rated tread performance for everyday loads up to 300 lbs

How does the folding/retractable mechanism work in daily use?

The step flips down or stows back under the bumper with a gentle nudge of your foot, letting you deploy it quickly when loading cargo or getting into the bed. When not needed it retracts flush beneath the bumper, minimizing visual impact and reducing drag or snagging on trails or parking curbs.

• Quick-foot-deploy action—no bending or tools required
• Secure latch when extended to prevent accidental folding
• Low-profile stowed position protects the step on rough roads

What kind of durability and warranty does RJSJRAD provide?

The step is engineered for long life in outdoor conditions, with surfaces that are easy to clean and resist corrosion from salt, mud, and moisture. RJSJRAD backs the product with a one-year warranty to cover manufacturing defects, offering peace of mind for regular use.

• Wear-resistant finish for prolonged outdoor exposure
• Easy-to-clean surfaces reduce maintenance time
• 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing faults

Who is this for? The RJSJRAD Rear Bed Step is ideal for Tacoma owners (2024–2026 models) who want a factory-style, retractable footstep to make bed access easier—especially for frequent loaders, outdoor enthusiasts, or anyone who prefers a low-profile solution that won’t permanently change the truck’s appearance. It’s particularly helpful for people who carry cargo often, have limited mobility, or use the bed for work and need a reliable, quick-deploy step that stows away neatly when not in use.
