ROADFORMER Hose Clamps 40–64mm (2") 10-Pack — 300-Series Stainless Steel Worm-Gear, Corrosion-Resistant

ROADFORMER 2-inch hose clamps are full 300-series stainless steel worm-gear fasteners sized for 40–64mm hoses, supplied as a 10-pack for durable, corrosion-resistant hose and pipe connections.

These clamps combine an all-stainless construction with a slotted hex head screw and inward worm-gear design to give a reliable, adjustable seal for hoses, tubing and cable bundles across automotive, marine, agricultural and general-purpose uses. Their flexible 40–64mm range (approximately 1.57" to 2.5") and measured torque ratings let you tighten accurately without damaging soft rubber or PVC lines.

How do these clamps secure hoses without cutting or deforming them?

The ROADFORMER design uses an inner worm gear and smooth band edge to distribute pressure evenly around the hose circumference, minimizing pinch points and abrasion. Adjust with a standard slotted or hex driver until the clamp compresses the hose evenly.

• Inner worm-gear reduces band twisting and concentrates force uniformly.
• Smooth band edge protects softer hose materials from cutting.
• Installation torque guidance: 35–45 in·lbs recommended; ultimate torque ~60 in·lbs.
• Full 300-series stainless steel resists rust in damp or marine environments.

What sizes and materials should I expect in this 10-pack?

Each box contains ten identical ROADFORMER hose clamps, each with a working diameter range of 40mm to 64mm (about 1.57"–2.5"). The band, housing and 5/16" slotted hex head screw are all 300-series stainless steel for consistent corrosion resistance and long life.

• Quantity: 10 clamps per package for multi-use jobs or spare parts.
• Material: full 300-series stainless steel for band, housing and screw.
• Range: adjustable 40–64mm to fit a variety of hose outer diameters.
• Drive: 5/16" slotted/hex head compatible with common hand tools.

Where are these clamps best used and how do they hold up outdoors?

ROADFORMER clamps are intended for general-purpose clamping in automotive cooling and intake systems, marine bilge and plumbing, agricultural irrigation, construction equipment and household plumbing repairs. The stainless construction reduces corrosion and provides longer service life when exposed to moisture, salt spray or outdoor conditions.

• Suitable for automotive hoses, coolant lines, fuel-return lines (check compatibility first).
• Marine-ready materials help resist saltwater corrosion for bilge and deck plumbing.
• Durable for agricultural irrigation, greenhouse piping and outdoor equipment.
• Also useful for securing wires and cable bundles where a robust clamp is needed.

How do I choose and install the right clamp for my project?

Measure the hose outer diameter (OD) when it is installed or filled to determine if it falls within the 40–64mm range. Start with the clamp loose, slip it over the hose, then tighten incrementally with a screwdriver or wrench until you feel even compression without deforming the hose wall.

• Measure hose OD under normal operating conditions, not fully compressed.
• Select clamp if OD fits within 40–64mm; choose larger or smaller clamp if outside range.
• Tighten to 35–45 in·lbs for a secure seal; avoid exceeding ultimate torque (~60 in·lbs).
• Check periodic tightness in high-vibration or temperature-cycling applications.

Who is this for: ROADFORMER 2" full stainless hose clamps suit DIY mechanics, marine technicians, farmers, construction crews and homeowners who need a dependable, rust-resistant clamping solution for hoses, pipes and cable bundles. The ten-piece set provides spares for fleet maintenance or multiple repair projects and offers an economical way to upgrade to all-stainless hardware for longer-term reliability.
